Abstract

본 발명은 1. 아라미드 원사에 카본 용액이나 탄소나노튜브 용액 또는 그래핀 용액을 코팅시키거나 또는 카본 잉크나 탄소나노튜브 잉크 또는 그래핀 잉크로 코팅한 후 그 위에 실리콘 코팅, PU 코팅, PE 코팅, PVA 코팅, PP 코팅 중에서 1가지 코팅을 선택하여 코팅하여서 아라미드 발열 원사로 구성하고 2. 아무런 코팅도 하지 않은 아라미드 원사에 실리콘 코팅, PU 코팅, PE 코팅, PVA 코팅, PP 코팅 중에서 1가지 코팅을 선택하여 코팅하여서 1에서 구성한 아라미드 발열 원사와 직조하여 섬유 또는 그물망 등 원하는 형태로 직조하되 섬유 양쪽 끝에는 전기가 통할 수 있는 전극을 넣어 발열할 수 있는 아라미드 섬유로 구성한 아라미드 면상 발열 섬유에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 1. 아라미드 원사에 카본 용액이나 탄소나노튜브 용액 또는 그래핀 용액을 코팅시키거나 또는 카본 잉크나 탄소나노튜브 잉크 또는 그래핀 잉크로 코팅한 후 그 위에 실리콘 코팅, PU 코팅, PE 코팅, PVA 코팅, PP 코팅 중에서 1가지 코팅을 선택하여 코팅하여서 아라미드 발열 원사로 구성하고 2. 아무런 코팅도 하지 않은 아라미드 원사에 실리콘 코팅, PU 코팅, PE 코팅, PVA 코팅, PP 코팅 중에서 1가지 코팅을 선택하여 코팅하여서 1에서 구성한 아라미드 발열 원사와 직조하여 섬유 또는 그물망 등 원하는 형태로 직조하되 섬유 양쪽 끝에는 전기가 통할 수 있는 전극을 넣어 발열할 수 있는 아라미드 섬유로 구성한 아라미드 면상 발열 섬유에 관한 것이다
기존의 면상 발열 섬유는 면이나 폴리에스테르 원사를 사용하여 구성하는데 있어 보다 안전한 발열 섬유로 구성하고자 본 발명은 불에 타거나 녹지 않고 500℃가 넘어야 비로소 검게 탄화하면서 강철에 비해 5배나 강하고 탄소 섬유보다 값이 저렴하며 중량이 가벼우면서 뛰어난 탄성을 나타내는 아라미드 원사를 사용하여 보다 화재의 위험성을 줄이면서 감전 및 누전을 방지할 수 있는 아라미드 면상 발열 섬유로 구성하여 보다 안전한 온열 제품인 아라미드-온열 매트, 온열 커텐, 온열 담요, 온열 카페트, 온열 의류, 찜질방 난방기, 난방용 바닥재, 온열 의료기, 야채 건조망 등을 구성하고자 발명하게 되었다
기존의 면상 발열 섬유는 면이나 폴리에스테르를 사용하여 구성하는데 있어 화재의 위험이 있는 바 이러한 문제점을 줄일 수 있도록 불에 타거나 녹지 않고 500℃가 넘어야 비로소 검게 탄화하면서 중량이 가볍고 뛰어난 탄성을 나타내는 아라미드 원사를 사용하여 면상 발열 섬유를 구성하는 것이 해결하고자 하는 과제이다.
따라서 본 발명은 1. 아라미드 원사에 카본 용액이나 탄소나노튜브 용액 또는 그래핀 용액을 코팅시키거나 또는 카본 잉크나 탄소나노튜브 잉크 또는 그래핀 잉크로 코팅하여 전기가 통할 수 있는 아라미드 원사로 구성한 후 감전 및 누전을 방지하고자 그 위에 실리콘 코팅, PU 코팅, PE 코팅, PVA 코팅, PP 코팅 중에서 1가지 코팅을 선택하여서 아라미드 발열 원사로 구성하고 2. 아무런 코팅도 하지 않은 아라미드 원사에 실리콘 코팅, PU 코팅, PE 코팅, PVA 코팅, PP 코팅 중에서 1가지 코팅을 선택하여 코팅하여서 1에서 구성한 아라미드 발열 원사와 직조하여 섬유 또는 그물망 등 원하는 형태로 직조하되 섬유 양쪽 끝에는 전기가 통할 수 있는 전극을 넣어 발열할 수 있는 아라미드 섬유로 구성한 아라미드 면상 발열 섬유는 발열 섬유가 불에 타거나 녹지 않고 500℃가 넘어야 비로소 검게 탄화하면서 강철에 비해 5배나 강하고 중량이 가벼우면서 뛰어난 탄성을 나타내는 아라미드 섬유로 구성함에 따라 화재의 위험을 줄일 수 있어 과제를 해결하였다.

  1. 본 발명은 1. 아라미드 원사에 카본 용액이나 탄소나노튜브 용액 또는 그래핀 용액을 코팅시키거나 또는 카본 잉크나 탄소나노튜브 잉크 또는 그래핀 잉크로 코팅한 후 그 위에 실리콘 코팅, PU 코팅, PE 코팅, PVA 코팅, PP 코팅 중에서 1가지 코팅을 선택하여 코팅하여서 아라미드 발열 원사로 구성하고 2. 아무런 코팅도 하지 않은 아라미드 원사에 실리콘 코팅, PU 코팅, PE 코팅, PVA 코팅, PP 코팅 중에서 1가지 코팅을 선택하여 코팅하여서 1에서 구성한 아라미드 발열 원사와 직조하여 섬유 또는 그물망 등 원하는 형태로 직조하되 섬유 양쪽 끝에는 전기가 통할 수 있는 전극을 넣어 발열할 수 있는 아라미드 섬유로 구성한 아라미드 면상 발열 섬유
