CONSTITUTION: A refrigeration motor cooling system for vehicle includes a rotation shaft of motor(120S), a radiator, a water jacket, and a thermostat(150). The rotation shaft of motor has one end mounted with a cooling fan(121) and the other end mounted with the impeller(131) of water pump(130) which conveys cooling water to an engine(140). The radiator is corresponded to the cooling fan. The water jacket is mounted on a motor, and discharges the induced cooling water, which is discharged from the radiator, to the water pump. The thermostat measures the temperature of cooling water, which is discharged from an engine, and flows the cooling water to the radiator or the water pump according to the temperature.
