Abstract

The present invention relates to a smart door for a vehicle that allows a driver to open and close the door without contacting the door through a proximity sensor installed in the vehicle door.
The present invention provides a distance measuring sensor installed in a door of a vehicle, a guide display unit for displaying an area of a distance measured by the distance measuring sensor, a command for recognizing a change in the distance measured by the distance measuring sensor to open a door. A smart door comprising a control unit for determining whether a gesture is a gesture of a gesture or a closing command, and a door opening / closing driving motor for driving the door to open or close the door according to a command signal generated as a result of the determination of the control unit. Smart Door for Vehicles

The present invention relates to a smart door for a vehicle that allows a driver to open and close the door without contacting the door through a proximity sensor installed in the vehicle door.

When opening and closing the door of the vehicle, a passenger typically pushes or pulls the door while pulling the opening lever to release the lock.

However, all of these methods were to adjust the force of the door while the user touched the door and applied physical force or holding the door.

According to the conventional door opening and closing structure, when the driver is a woman or a child, it is not easy to control the force when opening or closing the door, so that the door cannot be opened or opened too hard or closes, which impacts the vehicle next to the door or suddenly opens or closes the door. You may get hurt.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a smart door that can be flexibly automatically adjusted without applying excessive force by allowing the sensor of the door to recognize that the door sensor is pushed or pulled in opening and closing the door of the vehicle. There is a purpose.

The distance measuring sensor may include at least one of an infrared light sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a position detection sensor, an impedance sensor, and a camera.

The controller may stop the opening of the door by controlling the door opening / closing drive motor when an external object comes within a predetermined distance with respect to the door when the door is opened as a result of the detection of the proximity sensor.

According to the present invention, since the proximity sensor recognizes the user's gesture, the user can open and close the door without applying force.

In addition, the additional proximity sensor outside the door allows the door to be opened as much as possible without impacting the vehicle next to it.

Furthermore, since there is no need to touch the door, it is very convenient to open the door by bringing a part of the body close to the door when holding an object with both hands.

Referring to FIG. 1, an infrared ray for generating an infrared ray capable of measuring a distance toward the opening and closing direction of the door as a distance measuring sensor 3 is provided on the inner surface of the vehicle door 2 that is opened and closed through the vehicle body 1 and the hinge of the vehicle. An optical sensor is installed. The irradiation direction of the infrared rays is the direction of opening and closing of the door as a direction perpendicular to the door.

Meanwhile, although the infrared light sensor is illustrated in the embodiment of the present invention, other sensors capable of measuring the distance, for example, an ultrasonic sensor, an impedance sensor, a position detection sensor, a motion recognition camera, and the like, may be used.

In addition, a guide display portion 4 is provided at a position adjacent to the distance measuring sensor 3 on the inner side of the door 2 to generate visible light having a straightness in a direction parallel to the infrared irradiation direction of the infrared light sensor. have. As a result, the driver can confirm that his or her hand is located in an area where the gesture can be recognized based on the visible ray of the hand 6 performing the gesture as shown in FIG. 2.

The distance measuring sensor 3 measures a distance of a hand that makes a gesture every predetermined unit of time and transmits the distance to the control unit 10, and the controller measures the hand based on the distance of the hand to the door measured every unit time. It can be determined whether the door is approaching or away from the door.

The control unit 10 generates a command signal to open the door when the hand enters within a certain distance to the door, and generates a command signal to close the door when the hand is away from the door by a certain distance, such a command The signal is transmitted to the door open / close drive motor 5 installed at the hinge of the door, and the door open / close drive motor 5 opens or closes the door 2 at a constant speed as shown in FIG. 3. In addition, if necessary, the opening and closing speed of the door may be adjusted by measuring the speed based on the position of the hand 6 measured by unit time.

Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 4, a proximity sensor 7 that detects an object is further provided outside the door to prevent a collision with the external object 8 when the door is opened. When the door is within a predetermined distance, the door opening stop command signal is transmitted to the door opening / closing driving motor 5 to stop the door opening, and the driver may be notified of the obstacle by an acoustic alarm signal.

If the door is in a fully closed position the door may be locked.
