Hygiene effect improvement package water tissue

The present invention relates to a wet tissue (wet tissue, wet paper) that mainly contains moisture in the product during the manufacturing process to be used for easy cleaning of hands or face, and provides moisture. It is intended to provide hygiene-enhanced packaging tissue to solve the problems of water evaporation or deterioration in the distribution process by circulating and opening and soaking in water at the same time.

In general, wet tissues (wet tissue, wet paper) are provided in various forms to moisten the product by providing moisture in the manufacturing process so as to be used to easily wipe hands or face.

The above-described wet tissue is sealed by a cover of an adhesive or plastic structure, and is made of a material such as PE or PP, and the tissue is moistened with moisture by containing moisture in the inner side of the packing case having a drawing hole in the upper center. The laminated case is provided, and packaging cases of various configurations are provided as a means for distributing wet tissues.

Representative examples include wet tissue containers that can be opened with one-touch opening of Korean Patent Publication No. 10-0868394 (Nov. 11, 2008), and wet tissue packing bags of No. 10-1035418 (2011.05.20.). It is distributed.

However, in the case of the conventional wet tissues, the tissues are packaged in the packaging case while the tissues are wet with water, and thus there is a problem such that moisture evaporates or the wet tissues are altered due to the amount of packaging in the distribution process.

In recent years, products for selling dry tissues and users to wet the tissues are being released for the purpose of solving these problems, but they are not meeting expectations.

In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors have researched and developed the present invention. In the present invention, the present invention is distributed in a dry tissue and can be used soaked in water at the same time as opening, thereby preventing problems such as water evaporation or deterioration during distribution. The present invention has been completed with the technical problem in providing a packaging wipes with improved hygiene to solve and at the same time extend the shelf life significantly.

As a solution to the problem, in the present invention, by incorporating a dry tissue in a laminated state in a packing case in which a draw hole can be blocked by a sealing cover, and incorporating a water pack containing water purified and sterilized into the draw hole. When opening the container lid, the water pack was damaged so that the dry tissue was wetted with water to provide a wet tissue.

In addition, in the present invention, the pin for perforating the water pack is formed detachably on the lid for the container provided in the plastic configuration, and the water pack can be easily damaged by using this to dry the tissue.

In addition, in the present invention, the opening is formed in the water pack so as to be exposed through the drawing hole so that the user can easily remove the opening so that the dry tissue is wet with water when supplying water from the water pack.

According to the packaging wipes with improved hygiene provided by the present invention, it is possible to eliminate problems such as evaporation of water in the distribution process, since the tissue remains dry during distribution.

The use of a water pack containing purified water and sterilized water eliminates the problem of deteriorating the wet tissue and can significantly extend the shelf life.
