More specifically, a printed layer is formed by printing a pattern of patterns with multiple colors of ultraviolet ink at a time to form a printed layer. By curing the UV ink with a lamp and drying the printing layer, the manufacturing method of the color-coated steel sheet to which the digital multifunction device is applied to shorten the printing time and improve the productivity and to obtain a uniform printing quality is produced by the method. It relates to color coated steel sheet.

In general, as a method of printing a pattern on a steel sheet, there is a method of simply coating the steel sheet and a silk screen printing method capable of adding various colors and patterns to the steel sheet. Since the former is a simple coating method, it is difficult to express various pattern patterns, and the latter method has recently been used.

Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 1, looks at a method of manufacturing a color coated steel sheet by silk screen printing.

In the entry step S1, one steel sheet 1 is sucked by the adsorption means 2 from the plurality of stacked steel sheets 1 and transferred to the conveyor means 3 having a printing line.

In the first printing step (S2), the conveyed steel sheet 1 is conveyed along the conveyor means 3, and the first printing layer is formed by printing a color of 1 degree on the steel sheet 1 by the printer 4. .

In the first drying step (S3), the steel sheet 1 on which the first printing layer is formed is dried by the hot air at 150 to 250 ° C. emitted by the drying furnace 5.

In the first cooling step S4, the steel sheet 1 heated by the hot air of the drying furnace 5 is radiated and cooled by the cooler 6.

In the second printing step (S5), the cooled steel sheet 1 is transported along the conveyor means 3, and the second printing layer is formed by printing a color of 2 degrees on the steel sheet 1 by the printing machine 4. .

In No. 2 drying step (S6), the No. 2 printing layer is dried by hot air at 150 to 250 ° C. in which the steel plate 1 on which the No. 2 printing layer is formed is emanated from the drying furnace 5.

In No. 2 cooling step S7, the steel sheet 1 heated by the hot air of the drying furnace 5 is radiated and cooled by the cooler 6.

In the third printing step S8, the cooled steel sheet 1 is transported along the conveyor means 3 while printing the color 3 degrees on the steel sheet 1 by the printing machine 4 to complete the pattern. The printed layer is formed.

In the third drying step (S9), the steel sheet 1 on which the third printing layer is formed is dried by the hot air at 150 to 250 ° C. emitted by the drying furnace 5.

In the third cooling step (S10), the steel sheet 1 heated by the hot air of the drying furnace 5 is radiated and cooled by the cooler 6.

The above has described the case where there are three printed layers, and the steps may be added or subtracted according to the number of printed layers.

In the protective layer printing step (S11), a transparent ink is printed by the printer 4 so as to protect the pattern pattern printed on the steel sheet 1 and maintain the gloss, thereby forming a protective layer.

In the protective layer drying step (S12), the steel sheet 1 on which the protective layer is formed is dried by the hot air emitted from the drying furnace 5.

In the protective layer cooling step (S13), the drying furnace 5 heats the steel sheet 1 heated by the heat product by radiating it with the cooler 6 to cool it.

In the laminating step (S14), the laminating film 7 is bonded by the laminating machine 7 so as to prevent the surface of the steel sheet 1 having the protective layer formed thereon from being scratched or adsorbed.

Subsequently, the steel plate 1 on which the pattern pattern is printed is laminated by absorbing the adsorption means 2 provided on one side.

By the way, the conventional silk screen printing method, because only one color is printed in the printing step, if you want to print a multi-color pattern pattern should be provided with a plurality of silk screens for each color, depending on the number of print colors The print job should be repeated repeatedly. Accordingly, the manufacturing time is long, there is a problem that the productivity is lowered.

In addition, since the printing operation is repeated in accordance with a plurality of colors, there is a problem that the set position is unbalanced by the imbalance of mutual fusion and the vibration acting on the conveyed steel sheet as another single color is applied to the single color printing layer. Accordingly, it is not possible to obtain a pattern having a uniform color as a whole, there is a problem that the print quality is reduced.

In addition, since the printing layer of the pattern pattern is formed while conveying a plurality of printers, drying furnaces and coolers through the conveyor means, foreign matter is adsorbed in the middle of conveying the steel sheet, thereby lowering print quality.

In addition, as the printed layer is dried at a high temperature of 150 to 250 ° C. after the printed layer is formed by silk screen, there is a problem that the steel sheet may be deformed by hot air in the process of drying the printed layer.

In addition, since a plurality of printers, drying furnaces, and coolers need to be additionally installed according to the type of the pattern pattern color formed on the steel sheet, there is a problem that the manufacturing apparatus is enlarged.

That is, in the conventional silk screen printing method, the printing operation is long, the productivity is lowered, the printing quality is reduced due to the adsorption of foreign substances by the repetitive printing process, and the manufacturing cost of the color-coated steel sheet is increased as the manufacturing facilities are enlarged. There is a problem.
