Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a stainless steel pipe for piping having a structure that can be connected to other pipe stainless steel pipe by the groove joint (groove joint) method in the piping work.
In the case of water and sewage pipes or other fluids in which water and sewage flow inside, a plurality of pipes are connected to each other by piping to move the internal fluid to a certain place. According to the related art, the method of connecting the tubes is performed as follows. For example, a flange is formed at each connecting end of the pipes to be connected, and a gasket is inserted between the flanges, and the flanges are brought into contact with each other, and then joined using a screw or welding method.
However, when using the screw connection as described above, because a large number of bolt and nut members along the engaging surface edge of the flange has to be fastened, there is a problem that the work load increases. In addition, when welding is used, there is a problem that the work is inconvenient in a narrow working space, the pipe is inconvenient to replace, and the welding part is easily deformed to external impacts, etc., compared to other parts, so that fluid leaks or frequent maintenance work is required. There is a feeling.
As another example, a groove is formed along the tube circumference near each connecting end of the pipes to be connected, and the pipes are connected by mounting a joint mechanism to the grooves of the pipes while the pipes are in contact with each other. Joint methods are also used. In this case, the joint mechanism has a key part inserted into and supported in the grooves of the tubes, the joint bodies divided into two hemispheres, and mounted inside the joint bodies to maintain the airtightness of the connection portion of the tubes. It is provided with a gasket and consists of a structure in which joint bodies are mutually joined by a bolt and a nut.
However, the conventional groove joint method is set such that the groove depth is relatively lower as the outer diameter of the pipe increases. However, as the outer diameter of the pipe increases, the general allowable tolerance becomes large, especially when using a thin stainless steel pipe for thin pipe, the operating pressure is lower than that of the general pipe working pressure of 20 bar. have. For example, stainless steel pipes for Sch5 and Sch10 standards have a nominal thickness, and as the outer diameter of the pipe increases, the joint mechanism is removed from the test pressure higher than the working pressure. There is no problem.
An object of the present invention is to provide a stainless steel pipe for pipes that can be used without a nominal outside diameter from 20A, which is a general operating pressure from 150A to 600A.
The stainless steel pipe for piping according to the present invention for achieving the above object is provided with a cylindrical tube body having a circular hollow, along the circumference of the tube body at a position separated by a set distance from the connecting end of the tube body The groove is formed and connected to another pipe stainless steel pipe of the same structure by the joint mechanism, and the nominal outer diameter of the pipe stainless steel pipe is 150A, 200A, 250A, 300A, 350A, 400A, 450A, 500A, 550A, 600A. For the case of the standard, the depth of the groove is 4.00-4.38 mm, 4.40-4.78 mm, 4.40-4.78 mm, 4.77-5.15 mm, 4.77-5.15 mm, 4.77-5.15 mm, 4.77-5.15 mm, 4.77-5.15 mm , 6.35 to 6.73 mm, and 6.35 to 6.73 mm, respectively.
Stainless steel pipe for pipes according to the present invention, the nominal outer diameter can be used without difficulty in the general operating pressure of 20bar from 150A to 600A, can be actually used in general buildings or apartments while maximizing the stable performance of the pipe. Therefore, there may be an effect that the field of use is expanded.
In addition, the stainless steel pipe for pipes according to the present invention, even if the nominal thickness is thin as in the case of the schedule Sch5 or Sch10 standard, since it can be used at 20 bar, which is a general working pressure without difficulty, it can bring a cost saving effect.
