PURPOSE: An inner liner buffing apparatus of a truck and bus radial(TBR) tire is provided to automatically separate the inner liner from the TBR tire using a conveyors, a centering unit, a reading machine, and buffing device. CONSTITUTION: An inner liner buffing apparatus of a TBR tire comprise a transfer roller conveyor, a belt conveyor, an inclined conveyor, a centering unit(4), a reading machine, a buffing machine(6), a discharge conveyor, and a dust collector. The TBR tire(100) is inputted into the transfer roller conveyor. The belt conveyor and inclined conveyor transfer the TBR tire. The centering unit and reading machine align the TBR tire at the center and reads the size of the TBR tire. The buffing machine removes the inner liner inside the TBR tire. The dust collector collects dust generated during separation of the inner liner.
