Claims (3)

히트싱크, PCB모듈, 확산커버 및 마감캡으로 구성된 엘이디조명에서 히트싱크는 알루미늄 재질로 되어있으며 외부에 장착이 가능하도록 히트싱크 외부에 안내홈이 있어 설치시 클립을 사용해 고정이 가능하도록 고안되었으며 확산커버는 PC재질로 빛이 균일하게 분포되어 발산하도록 지원하며 반원 또는 타원형 모양으로 히트싱크 내부의 걸쇠 홈에 장착되며 PCB모듈은 엘이디 패키지를 SMT로 장착하였으며 정전류방식으로 엘이디 패키지에 전류를 공급하고 마감캡은 내부에 DC잭을 실장하고 있고 DC잭의 +, - 단자를 통해 PCB모듈의 +, - 단자에 연결되어 전원을 공급하고 상기 마감캡은 엘이디조명의 양 쪽 끝단에 각 각 부착되어 있고 어느 한 쪽이 전원의 입력부로 사용되면 나머지 하나는 전원의 출력부로 사용되어 다수의 엘이디조명을 연결할 경우 멀티연결 DC플러그를 통해 전원을 공급하는 역할을 하는 엘이디조명.In LED lighting consisting of heat sink, PCB module, diffusion cover and finishing cap, the heat sink is made of aluminum and has a guide groove on the outside of the heat sink so that it can be mounted on the outside.
