Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a roof waterproof structure of a building structure, and more particularly, a roof covering the entire upper part of a roof sleeve is installed, and thus the construction of other laminated structures such as a separate waterproof layer and a heat insulation layer is installed on the roof sleeve of the building structure. The present invention relates to a rooftop waterproof structure of a building structure to be waterproofed even if not separately performed.
In general, an architectural structure such as an apartment or a building is made of concrete and reinforcing bars, and various internal and external materials are installed inside and outside of the building, and the rooftop slab of the structure is leaked by applying a waterproof material directly to the surface with a predetermined thickness. The waterproof layer is formed so as not to.
The waterproof layer cracked up to the roof layer as well as the waterproof layer by repeated expansion and contraction of the structure due to the temperature change, and water leakage occurred. The problem occurred.
In order to solve such a problem, in recent years, the coating waterproofing material is not directly applied to the gradient layer formed on the roof of the structure or the upper part of the slab, but the waterproof sheet such as asphalt series or PVC is floated from the top of the gradient layer in between. The composite waterproofing method has been widely used to bond the connecting parts of the sheets in such a manner as to separate or overlap and to install the necessary number of degassed holes per predetermined area and to form a coating layer thereon. As the surface adhesion with the gradient layer is performed only at each connection portion of each of the waterproof sheets without considering the behavior of the gradient layer existing at the bottom of the surface, continuous strong adhesive force is required at the connection portion of the waterproof sheet, that is, the joint portion.
However, such a composite waterproof structure is the most vulnerable in the case of crack or breakage of the gradient layer due to temperature change because it does not have the function of suppressing crack generation upon shrinkage and elastically absorbing expansion upon expansion in response to the deformation of the gradient layer. At the connection of the waterproof sheet, it is separated from the gradient layer and is lifted or cracked and torn.
In addition, when the construction is performed in the state where foreign matter remains on the upper part of the gradient layer where the waterproof sheet connection part is located, the waterproof sheet is lifted up or cracks are generated. In the case of penetration, surface adhesion of adjacent waterproof sheet connection is also lowered prematurely, and eventually, the joint function and the area for connecting the waterproof sheet are lost, and the rainwater is freely moved between the waterproof layer and the gradient layer. Not only did it act as a cause of leaking water, but also it was impossible to pinpoint the location of leaking water, and the repetition of the leaking phenomenon deepened the cracks and breakage of mortar or concrete in the gradient layer, resulting in repair work. Since the city's gradient layer and the entire waterproof layer have to be removed and Other expenses were weighted, and caused serious environmental problems due to the increase in waste.
In addition, the roof waterproof structure of the building structure installed in this way should be provided with a plurality of degassing holes in each waterproof sheet so as not to expand between the gradient layer and the waterproof layer due to air or moisture. Installation of a small number of degassing holes at an arbitrary position of the waterproof sheet, that is, one degassing hole per predetermined area is installed instead of each of the degassing holes in the partitioned waterproof sheet, thereby preventing the air or moisture from being completely discharged. There was a problem that results in shortening the life of the coating layer as well as the waterproof sheet.
In addition, when the waterproof sheet and the coating layer are damaged, water leakage occurs. To repair this, conventionally, a repair method of re-installing the waterproof sheet and the coating layer on the top of the gradient layer after removing all the upper portions of the gradient layer is performed. In this case, however, many wastes are generated, which has been pointed out as the main culprit of exacerbating the burden of treatment costs and environmental pollution.
The present invention is to solve such a conventional problem, to provide a roof waterproof structure of the building structure to be semi-permanently waterproof even without the separate construction of the waterproof layer and the insulation layer on the roof sleeve of the building structure separately. There is.

On the other hand, the
The rooftop waterproof structure of the building structure of the present invention is that the roof top is covered with the central roof panel, the side roof panel and the drip tray, so that it is not necessary to separately waterproof the upper part of the rooftop slab and the inner wall surface of the railing wall, and the heat insulation layer. Since there is no need to construct the laminated structure or other, there is an effect that the air is shortened as compared to the existing waterproof structure including a waterproof layer.
On the other hand, according to the present invention, unlike the existing waterproof structure including a waterproof layer, there is no need for periodic maintenance, there is an effect such that the maintenance cost of the building structure is reduced.
