Description

Pallet for liquid crystal display {PALLET OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a palette for liquid crystal display devices, which is advantageous for weight reduction and that can be applied regardless of the size change of the liquid crystal display device.

Today, the demand for light and simple liquid crystal display devices is increasing rapidly, and among them, research on liquid crystal display devices is being actively conducted.

In general, a liquid crystal display device is an image display device using a liquid crystal having an optical anisotropy and an array direction can be controlled according to an electric field, the thin film transistor substrate having unit pixels arranged in a matrix, and the color facing the thin film transistor substrate. And a liquid crystal layer interposed between the filter substrate and the two substrates.

Such a liquid crystal display device has a plurality of unit liquid crystal display panels formed on a large size mother substrate, and is completed through a cutting process.

The liquid crystal display device is horizontally supported from the pallet and transferred to an assembly process such as top case assembly or to a packaging process.

In general, a pallet for a liquid crystal display device has a structure in which a support plate in contact with the liquid crystal display device is fixed by a plurality of support bars on a surface type main plate.

The support plate generally has a structure that is separated to support edges of both lower surfaces of the liquid crystal display.

However, in general, a pallet for a liquid crystal display device has a problem in that the size and weight of the liquid crystal display device increase and the center portion of the liquid crystal display device sags downward as the size of the liquid crystal display device increases.

The central deflection of the liquid crystal display device causes a problem that assembly failure occurs due to interference between components in the assembly process.

In addition, the general liquid crystal display palette has a problem in that the type of the pallet increases according to the size and weight of the liquid crystal display device, the manufacturing cost according to the palette production.

In addition, in general, a pallet for a liquid crystal display device uses a lower plate as an aluminum disc, which causes a weight increase as the liquid crystal display device becomes larger.

In addition, the general palette has a problem in that when the liquid crystal display device of a specific size is discontinued, the corresponding palette cannot be used.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal display device pallet that is advantageous in weight reduction and that can be applied regardless of the size change of the liquid crystal display device.

The pallet for a liquid crystal display device according to an embodiment of the present invention,

Main frame; A plurality of first supports provided at edges of the main frame; A first support block provided on the first support part to support an edge of the liquid crystal display device; A plurality of second supports provided at edges of the central portion of the main frame; And a second support block provided on the second support part to support a central edge of the liquid crystal display.

The pallet of the present invention has the advantage that the second support portion and the second support block for supporting the center edge of the liquid crystal display device can be prevented from sagging in the center portion of the liquid crystal display device. Therefore, the present invention can improve the assembling defects generated in the general palette for liquid crystal displays.

In addition, the present invention, even if the size of the liquid crystal display device is changed, the position of the first and second support blocks are changed to apply to the liquid crystal display device of all sizes in one kind of pallet, thereby increasing the manufacturing cost of the general pallet It can be improved.

In addition, the present invention has the advantage that the main plate is applied to maintain a constant strength to minimize the weight to implement the weight of the pallet.
