Claims (6)

상부로부터 공급되는 필름(S)이 안내되어 지는 상부프레임(10)과;
상기 상부프레임(10) 일단부에 구비되며, 공급되어 지는 필름(S)을 절개하여 균등한 폭을 이루는 3개로 분리시키기 위해 상호 일정 간격으로 구성된 2개의 분리용 나이프(20)와;
상기 분리되어 진 각각의 필름(S)이 반으로 접혀진 상태로 이송되어 지도록 하기 위한 접힘부(30)와;
상기 접혀진 상태에서 이송되어 지는 각 필름(S)의 개방측을 수직방향으로 열융착시켜 내부 공간을 형성하는 스틱형상을 이루도록 하기 위해 3개가 일정 간격으로 구성된 세로접착롤러(40)와;
상기 형성된 필름(S)의 내부 공간에 저장호퍼(51)로부터 공급되는 재료를 충진 공급하기 위한 3개의 충진노즐(50)과;
상기 재료 충진이 이루어진 필름(S)을 수평방향 일정 간격으로 열융착시키기 위한 가로접착롤러(60)와;
상기 가로접착롤러(60)에 의한 융착부위를 커팅시켜 내부가 밀폐된 스틱형 개별 제품으로 분리되도록 하기 위한 3개의 커팅날(71)이 일정 간격으로 각각 구비된 커팅롤러(70)와;
상기 세로접착롤러(40)와 가로접착롤러(60) 그리고 커팅롤러(70) 일측에서 동력 전달을 위해 설치된 서보모터(45,65,75);
로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 3열 공급식 스틱형 제품 포장기.
