Abstract

PURPOSE: A machine vision inspecting device for a multi-variety product is provided to efficiently inspect various products while reducing manpower for an inspection, thereby improving productivity and quality. CONSTITUTION: A machine vision inspecting device(1) for multi-variety product comprises a substrate(2), a PC storing unit(5), a conveyer(6), a front and rear inspection cameras(7,8), a top inspection camera(9), a detecting sensor(10), and a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)(11). An electric system(3) and control computer(4) are embedded in the lower part of a device body. The conveyor is installed in the upper part of the PC storing unit and transfers a product(A) by lifting. The front and rear inspection cameras are respectively fixed to a front rear side perpendicular to a progressive direction of the conveyor and the upper part of the conveyor. The front and rear inspection cameras are installed to be electrically connected to the computer. The detecting sensor is installed in front and rear inspection cameras, thereby detecting a supply and discharge of the product. The PLC is installed in a front upper part of the device body and comprises a monitor connected to the computer.
