Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a spring nut for assembling a profile, and more particularly, by inserting into a rail-shaped groove formed in the longitudinal direction of a profile to be fastened to a bolt for fixing a bracket, various structures can be easily assembled using the profile. A spring nut for assembling a profile is provided.
In general, the spring nut (Spring nut) is to fasten the bolt through the long hole of the bracket in the state of being inserted into the rail-shaped nut groove of the profile, so that it is possible to easily assemble various structures using the profile.
In addition, the profile is made of light aluminum, which has high strength, good corrosion resistance and good extrusion processability, and has excellent anodization treatment, and is a structure for manufacturing various automation equipments used in industrial sites, including conveyor frames, work benches, display stands, dies, It is used when manufacturing various billboard frames, ladders, and the like, and its use is not limited to any particular field.
Such a profile is provided with a rail-type nut groove with a front nut on which a spring nut is fitted on a longitudinal center line of each side, and is used by cutting to an appropriate length for each part when manufacturing various structures.
When fabricating a structure using the profile described above, in order to combine two profiles coupled to each other at a predetermined angle, for example, at right angles, first, a spring nut is inserted into the nut groove of each of the profiles so that the leaf spring faces inward and then moves to a predetermined position. After the movement, the spring nut is kept in a stop position as the elastic force of the leaf spring provided on one side facing inwardly pushes the nut outward.
Here, the predetermined position of the spring nut refers to a position coinciding with the long hole of the right angle bracket for fastening the fastening hole of the nut to the connection portion forming a right angle when combining the two profiles in a right angle form.
After moving the spring nut to the predetermined position of the nut groove, the orthogonal part of the bracket is brought into contact with the connection part which forms the right angle of the two profiles, and then the bolts respectively pass through the long holes of the bracket to fasten the fastening holes of the nut, It is to be able to combine the two profiles in a rectangular shape easily, it is possible to more easily produce a variety of structures using a variety of profiles by the above method.
As a conventional technique of the same type as a spring nut used in the production of a structure using such a profile, Korean Utility Model Publication No. 1997-42379 (Frame Nuts for Fixing Frames) is known.
The fixing frame for the frame frame is a coal piece having an inclined surface of a predetermined angle at the bottom of the fixing nut that can be inserted into the frame frame, so that the coal piece is grounded on the inner surface of the recess guide groove of the frame frame by its elasticity It is made up.
The conventional fixing nut is spot welding one end of the coal piece to the bottom of the nut (spot welding), when the whole nut is plated after welding the coal pieces to the nut, the material of the stainless steel and the nut, the material of the coal piece Phosphorus has a problem that the plating is not made well because the physical properties are different, and when welding the coal pieces after plating the nut first, there is a problem that the weld marks appear dirty and appearance is not good.
In addition, when welding and fixing the coal pieces to the nut as described above, there is a hassle to carry out the welding manually by hand on the tool using a resistance welding machine, in particular because the welding work is a risk, inevitably due to work by skilled workers Not only does labor cost rise, but it is not a condition that can be done as a side job (lower wage) in the form of home-based handicraft in general households.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to facilitate the coupling of the nut and the leaf spring constituting the spring nut, thereby providing a condition to enable mass production from the home side, thereby preventing corrosion even in high humidity. In addition, to provide a spring nut for profile assembly to secure the coupling state of the nut and the leaf spring.
This problem is caused by the spring force of the leaf spring, one end of which is welded to the bottom face of the nut fitted into the rail-shaped nut groove formed in the longitudinal direction of the profile, to push the nut outward so that it remains stationary at a fixed position after movement. In the nut, the nut is formed on the opposite end side opposite the fastening hole of the nut is inclined engaging groove that is elastically caught by the leaf spring and rounded protrusions are coupled to the fixing hole of the leaf spring on the lower surface directly below the locking groove; The nut has a corresponding inclined locking piece that is hung on the locking groove that is coupled to the rear end side opposite the fastening hole of the nut, and at the tip of the fixing hole fitted to the protrusion and the resilient piece extending inclined from the fixing hole side. Achieved with a spring nut for profile assembly, characterized by consisting of a leaf spring with an elliptical bend Can.
In the spring nut for profile assembly according to the present invention, the coupling between the nut constituting the spring nut and the leaf spring is supported by the elasticity of the leaf spring, so that the spring nut can be easily made through uneven coupling, thereby improving productivity. This can contribute to productivity improvement by providing conditions that allow production from a general family to a side job.
In addition, the present invention has the effect of preventing the corrosion of the nut even if used in places where the humidity of the vessel, such as brass, and the material of the leaf spring to replace the material of the plate spring with phosphor bronze.
In addition, the present invention, while the coupling between the nut and the leaf spring constituting the spring nut is supported by the elasticity of the leaf spring to be made easily through the uneven coupling, by expanding the uneven coupling portion through the punching, the coupling of the nut and the leaf spring There is also an effect that can make the state more robust.
