Description

Paper framwork with improving water resistance and strength

The present invention relates to paper formwork having improved water resistance and strength.

In general, formwork refers to a structure that is temporarily installed in order to make a concrete structure into a predetermined shape and dimensions, and when building various buildings or structures, formwork is installed on a pillar, floor, wall, and the like. After injecting concrete into the curing, it is to obtain the desired shape. Here, the formwork is removed after the concrete is cured. In the case of the general layer, the formwork is removed 4 weeks after the concrete is injected, and in the case of a roof or a roof, the formwork is removed after 2 weeks. Such formwork is usually removed after the concrete is cured and reused. Plywood, hard fiber board, synthetic resin, aluminum panel, steel sheet, etc. are applied according to the type of concrete used.

In general, pillar formwork applied to buildings, bridges, piers, etc. is conventionally formed as a column having a rectangular cross section, but nowadays the circular column is better when comparing the aesthetic side, space, and force per cross-sectional area. It is made of a circular column. However, when manufacturing a circular formwork made of wood plywood, steel plates or plastic plates, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost of the formwork is high, and it is not easy to produce a garden form. In addition, the cylindrical formwork can be manufactured and used, but the manufacturing cost of the formwork is high, there is a problem that it is not easy to produce a garden form. Furthermore, the formwork applied to the wall of the building can be reused by removing it after curing the concrete. However, in the case of the building formwork for pillars, the formwork for the pillar is different depending on the construction purpose of the building, so it can be removed and reused. It is disadvantageous in terms of environment because it is not easy to be disposed of, and when it is decomposed and remanufactured, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost is increased and resource recycling is not easy. In addition, when it is applied to buildings, bridges, piers, etc., the diameter of the pillar increases, and the size of the pillar formwork also increases, so that it is not easy to transport and move, and the weight also increases in proportion to the size, so as to transport and unload the construction site. There is a problem with difficulty.

Recently, research on the formwork materials applied to cylindrical pillars such as buildings, structures, bridges and piers has been actively conducted. The paper formwork can be used to simplify the formwork manufacturing process, thereby improving the efficiency and convenience of the work, and to reduce the weight. Also, the paper formwork can be easily transported or unloaded for easy handling. By minimizing the location, more efficient work space and manufacturing space can be utilized, which can reduce manufacturing cost and labor cost, and it can be applied to buildings, structures, bridges and piers because corrosion does not occur. It is possible to apply to, and the debris after removing the mold is also made of paper, so it is easy to treat and reduce environmental pollution.

In Korean Patent No. 10-0996832, two pairs of semi-circular paper tubes are used to form a paper formwork, and at this time, the inner circumferential surface of the semi-circular paper tubes is finished using OPP tape, and a cylindrical structure is formed using the formed paper formwork. have. However, due to the OPP tape used in the finishing process, there is a problem in that the tape marks remain spiral on the surface of the cylindrical structure completed by construction, and the use of two pairs of semi-circular paper tubes increases the cost of construction materials.

Accordingly, the present inventors developed a paper formwork having improved water resistance and strength by applying a reinforcement coating to the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the paper formwork while studying to improve the characteristics of the paper formwork, and completed the present invention.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a paper formwork having improved water resistance and strength.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a paper formwork formed of a pair of semi-circular paper tube is reinforced with an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface to improve the strength and water resistance of the paper tube.

The paper formwork having improved water resistance and strength according to the present invention has excellent water resistance and strength by reinforcing the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the semicircular branch pipe, and thus, a circular structure can be poured only by a pair of semicircular branch pipes. In addition, by manufacturing the paper tube using only the base paper, not coated paper, using the OPP tape between the conventional coated base paper to solve the problem of remaining tape marks during the paper tube manufacturing excellent surface quality of the circular structure. Furthermore, by reducing the number of sheets of paper used in the formwork production, not only the thickness and weight are reduced, but also the handling is easy and the transport or unloading is easy and the corrosion does not occur, so it is applied to buildings, structures, bridges and piers. Can be. Due to the reinforcement coating, there is little damage to the inner surface, so it is economical to increase the number of exclusive use, and the construction time can be improved while the construction time is shortened.

The present invention provides a paper formwork formed of a pair of semi-circular paper tubes, the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface is reinforced coating to improve the strength and water resistance of the paper tube.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

Figure 1 shows a semicircular branch pipe constituting the paper formwork according to the present invention. Paper formwork according to the present invention is composed of a pair of the semi-circular branch pipe 10 can easily form a circular column. In the case of forming a circular column by using a formwork such as a conventional corrugated pipe, steel foam, the workability is inferior, there is a safety problem of the constructor according to the weight of the formwork, and there was also a problem of poor economic efficiency. However, the paper formwork according to the present invention can ensure the ease of handling and the safety of the builder according to the weight reduction, and no separate waste material is generated.

In the paper form according to the present invention, the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the semi-circular paper tube 10 is reinforced coating 11 is improved water resistance and strength. Due to the nature of the raw material of paper, when exposed to heavy rain, such as the rainy season may cause a problem that the shape is deformed, whereby the poured concrete may leak out. However, the paper formwork according to the present invention by performing the reinforcement coating 11 to the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the semi-circular paper tube 10 can prevent deformation by water, improve the strength to form a more stable circular column.

In addition, the conventional paper formwork was finished using OPP coated paper to secure the water resistance and strength, but there was a problem in that the fine tape marks are spirally present on the surface of the circular column formed. In the paper formwork according to the present invention, however, the semicircular paper tube can be made of pure paper only by the reinforcing coating 11 of the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the semicircular paper tube 10. Accordingly, the surface of the circular column can be made more homogeneous, and the thickness and weight can be reduced by reducing the number of sheets of paper used in the manufacture of the branch pipe.

At this time, the reinforcement coating 11 is formed by coating a material exhibiting waterproof, antifouling, anticorrosive, such as polyurea resin, silicone resin, organosilicon resin on the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the semi-circular branch pipe (10). By coating the materials on the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the semi-circular branch pipe, it is possible to improve the water resistance and strength, it is possible to improve the peelability when removing the formwork after curing concrete without a separate finish. In addition, it is possible to prevent the outer peripheral surface of the branch pipe from being damaged by an external impact, thereby preventing the problem of form collapse due to the lateral pressure applied when concrete is placed due to a decrease in strength when the outer peripheral surface is damaged. At this time, the thickness of the reinforcing coating (11) is preferably 1 to 5 mm, it is appropriately adjusted according to the number of sheets of paper used as paper formwork is coated. When the thickness of the reinforcement coating is less than 1 mm, there is a problem that a groove mark occurs on the inner circumferential surface of the semicircular branch pipe or the reinforcement coating is easily peeled off. When the thickness of the reinforcement coating exceeds 5 mm, excessive reinforcement coating is performed. There is a problem that the process cost rises.

As shown in FIG. 2, the paper formwork according to the present invention may be configured by a pair of semi-circular branch tubes 10 and installed in a garden structure, thereby forming a circular column. In the conventional paper formwork, two pairs of semi-circular paper tubes are provided with a pair of inner circular paper tubes 50 and a pair of outer circular paper tubes 60 to form a paper formwork, thereby forming a circular column. It was. However, the paper formwork according to the present invention is further improved in strength and water resistance by the reinforcement coating 11 can form a circular column just by installing a garden structure using a pair of semicircular branch pipes. At this time, the paper formwork according to the present invention further comprises a plurality of banding to fix the semi-circular branch pipe (10). As shown in Figure 4, the paper formwork 1 according to the present invention can withstand the side pressure to be generated in consideration of the amount of concrete to be injected into the paper formwork according to the size of the column to be built, that is, the diameter and length of the column Secured using sufficient number and type of banding. As such, it is easy for a person with ordinary skill in the art to determine the number and type of bandings sufficient to withstand the lateral pressure generated according to the amount of concrete injected into the paper formwork. Specific examples of the banding 20 include tin band banding, iron banding, buckle-bonded iron banding, tumble buckle, transport fiber band banding, etc., one or two or more thereof may be mixed and used in the tin band. Banding is preferred. The banding can be recycled rather than disposable, thereby reducing the cost of subsidiary materials for construction.

5 and 6 are views schematically showing a state in which the paper formwork according to the present invention is applied to the reinforcing steel structure and steel structure. As shown in FIG. 5, the paper formwork according to the present invention is fixed to the bottom fixing frame 30 of the paper formwork at the time of construction at the construction site, and in the case where the length of the pillar to be constructed is long, an additional support 40 is simply used. Can be fixed

The paper formwork according to the present invention is not only excellent in peelability with concrete by reinforcing the inner peripheral surface, but also excellent in internal strength and can be reused several times. In addition, the paper formwork at the end of its life can be recycled into waste paper when discarded, so less waste is generated, and it can be applied to steel structures (SRC structures) as well as steel structures (RC structures).

Hereinafter, a method of forming a cylindrical structure using a paper formwork according to the present invention.

According to the size of the cylindrical structure to be molded, a pair of semicircular branch pipes with reinforced inner and outer circumferential surfaces are installed (step 1). After the pair of semicircular branch pipes are installed as described above, the joint portion of the semicircular branch pipes installed is finished by taping to prevent the concrete from leaking into the joint portion. Afterwards, a pair of semi-circular branch pipes is fastened using a plurality of bands to withstand the side pressure of concrete to form a form (step 2). At this time, the type of banding used may be tin band banding, iron banding, buckle-bonded iron banding, tumble buckle, transport fiber band banding, or a combination thereof, but the band of the tin band is preferable, the number of bandings in the construction environment Accordingly, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. Concrete is poured into the formed formwork (step 3) and cured to form a cylindrical structure.
