Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sawdust absorber for absorbing oil spilled into the ocean. More specifically, it is a sawdust absorber manufactured to absorb oil spilled into the sea by heating sawdust. Water is not absorbed, but only oil is absorbed to absorb oil floating in the ocean, and attached to rocks or gravel in coastal or inland. It relates to a sawdust absorber that can easily wipe off the oil.
In general, the sea water is contaminated by the sinking of the ship in the sea or the oil flowing out of the ship, the ecosystem is destroyed, and the cause of the death of the farmed animals is raised.
In other words, due to oil spills occurring at sea, not only the marine ecosystem but also the tidal flats and natural ecosystems of the beaches adjacent to the spill are damaged.
The damage caused by the oil spill is also a big problem to contaminate the seawater itself, but the spilled oil spreads to the beach by the algae, which contaminates the entire beach. Pollution can lead to major problems that lead to natural disasters.
Conventionally, after spraying an emulsifier or installing an oil fence to prevent the oil from spreading to remove the oil that is the main cause of seawater pollution, a method of removing oil from the oil fence by floating an oil removal vessel from one side of the oil fence. And an absorbent fabric made of paper to absorb oil.
However, the spraying of emulsifiers can remove the oil from the sea surface, but there is a problem of secondary environmental pollution due to the emulsifier. The oil removal vessel used in the prior art has a complicated structure of the oil removal device mounted on the ship. Not only the weight is heavy, but also the configuration to lift the oil removal device is not installed, there is a problem such as bringing a lot of inconvenience during the operation of the ship by the oil removal device installed below the sea level.
In addition, the adsorption cloth made of paper is useful for cleaning not only oil floating on the sea, but also oil on rocks, gravel, and sand, but has a problem of absorbing water. In particular, the amount of adsorbing water is larger than the amount of adsorbing oil is inefficient, there is a problem that takes a lot of time, manpower and the resulting cost.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has an object to provide a sawdust absorbent material for absorbing oil spilled into the ocean that can absorb only oil, almost no absorption of water by heating sawdust.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a selective heating device capable of controlling the temperature of pine sawdust made of cellulose coated with a layer of hemicellulose and lignin in an oil absorbent for absorbing oil. Heated at a constant temperature and for a predetermined time, the cellulose coated with the layer of hemicellulose and lignin to absorb the oil spilled to the ocean, characterized in that the sawdust absorbent is made by converting the lipophilic and hydrophobic components into a mesh Provide sawdust absorbers.
In addition, the pine sawdust provides a sawdust absorber for absorbing oil spilled to the ocean, characterized in that the heating device is heated to 200 ~ 600 ℃.
In addition, the pine sawdust provides a sawdust absorber for absorbing oil spilled to the ocean, characterized in that heated for 10 to 20 minutes in the heating device.
In addition, the mesh provides a sawdust absorbent for absorbing oil spilled to the ocean, characterized in that the sawdust absorbent is divided into a plurality of compartments so as not to be directed to one side.
In addition, the mesh provides a sawdust absorber for absorbing oil spilled to the ocean, characterized in that the flat or cylindrical.
In addition, the mesh is formed of one or more, it provides a sawdust absorber for absorbing oil spilled to the ocean, characterized in that coupled between the net is connected by a rope.
According to the present invention as described above, the sawdust absorbent material made by heating the sawdust has almost no absorption of water, so that only the oil can be absorbed, thereby effectively absorbing the oil spilled into the ocean.
In addition, according to the present invention, the sawdust can be recycled, and a large amount of oil can be absorbed with less sawdust, thereby reducing the waste of resources.

The present invention is to heat the pine sawdust consisting of cellulose (cellulose) coated with a layer of hemicellulose (ligemi) and lignin (heat) for a predetermined temperature and a predetermined time in a selective heating device capable of temperature control, reducing the weight of pine sawdust And a sawdust
The chemical composition of wood is largely composed of three basic substances called cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose. In the case of conifers, cellulose is 40-45%, hemicellulose is 15-25%, lignin is 26-30%, and hardwoods are 38-49%, 22-34%, and 16-25%, respectively. In addition, hemicellulose has a strong affinity with water.
When the wood, especially the sawdust produced by cutting wood, is chemically heated to 200-600 ° C. in a heating apparatus, cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose are decomposed and converted into lipophilic and hydrophobic.
More specifically, cellulose decomposes within a narrow temperature range of about 350-400 ° C. In addition, lignin is decomposed in a wide range of about 300 ~ 600 ℃, hemicellulose is decomposed in the range of 200 ~ 350 ℃. That is, cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose are heated in a heating apparatus for 10 to 20 minutes to be converted to charcoal, at which time, water is not absorbed and converted to absorb oil.
Most preferably, 42 g of pine sawdust is heated to about 360 ° C. for 20 minutes in a heating apparatus such that the respective chemical components of pine sawdust, cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose are decomposed. Thereafter, the heated pine sawdust is cooled to 200 ° C. for about 5 minutes to make the sawdust absorbent 100.
The weight of the sawdust
On the other hand, when the sawdust absorbent (100) floated for 12 hours in the salt water mixed with oil absorbed about 3 to 6 times the weight of the sawdust absorbent (100).
That is, the sawdust absorbent 100 was able to absorb the oil up to about six times the weight of the sawdust absorbent 100 with little absorption of water. It is economical because it absorbs more oil than nonwovens that remove oil spilled into the ocean, and it is effective because it absorbs oil for a long time because it absorbs almost no water.
In addition, the sawdust
The sawdust
At this time, the compressed sawdust
1 and 2, when the sawdust absorbent 100 is not compressed, the sawdust absorbent 100 may be placed in the net 120 so as to float in the ocean, so that the sawdust absorbent 100 may not be directed to one side. Dividing a plurality of compartments in the shape of a checkerboard to put the sawdust
In particular, when the sawdust
In addition, referring to Figures 3 to 4, by connecting the
On the other hand, when the sawdust
