Abstract

본 발명은 공중 화장실의 부스와 부스 간에 벽면을 이루는 화장실 칸막이에 관한 것이다.
상하좌우 틀을 형성하는 프레임; 상기 프레임이 형성하는 틀 내측에 설치되어 방음(防音) 공간을제공하는 한편, 벽면을 보강하는 허니컴; 상기 허니컴의 양측에 설치한 소음 흡음용 다공판재; 상기 허니컴의 양측 면에 설치되어 습기를 흡수하는 한편, 벽면을 보강하는 탄소섬유층; 상기 프레임에 고정되면서 탄소섬유층 양측 면에 적층되어 상기 내부 구성요소를 보호하는 강판; 상기 강판 외부면에 형성한 스크린 인쇄 및 도료층; 을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Description

화장실 칸막이{PARTITION WALL FOR REST ROOM}
본 발명은 공중 화장실의 부스와 부스 간에 벽면을 이루는 화장실 칸막이
관한 것이다.
일반적으로 공중 화장실은 공통 공간 외에 별도의 좌변기가 구비된 1인용 공간을 갖도록 칸막이의 조립에 의해 공간을 분할하여 이루어진다.
이와 같은 화장실용 칸막이는 톱밥을 압축하여서 전, 후면의 표면에 합성수지를 코팅하고, 전, 후면판 내부에 스티로폴을 충전하여서 된 것이다.
상기와 같은 종래의 화장실용 칸막이는 전, 후면판의 표면에 합성수지가 코팅되어 있고, 전, 후면판 내부에 스티로폴이 충전되어 있어 화재 발생 시, 열 또는 불꽃에 의해 합성수지 및 스티로폴이 녹으면서 유독 가스를 발생시키게 되며, 파손 시에 환경에 유해한 물질들이 배출되는 문제점이 있는 것이었다.
그리고, 전, 후면판이 톱밥 압축물로 이루어져 있어, 습도가 높은 화장실에서 칸막이 또는 도어로 이용하기에는 부 적절 즉, 주로 물을 사용하여 청소하게 되는 화장실의 경우, 전, 후면판이 물기를 흡수하게 되므로, 세균과 곰팡이의 번식을 유발시켜 악취를 발생시키는 한편, 내구성이 저하되어 쉽게 파손되는 문제점이 있는 것이었다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하고자, 최근에는 전, 후면판을 철판으로 하고, 철판 내측에 스티로폴 대신 벌집 모양 허니콤을 내설하여 내구성을 향상시켰다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 종래 철판 및 허니콤을 포함하는 화장실 칸막이는 충격에 의해 찌그러지는 문제점이 있으며, 철판의 소음현상이 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 제반 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 창출된 것으로, 상하좌우 틀을 형성하는 프레임; 상기 프레임이 형성하는 틀 내측에 설치되어 방음(防音) 공간을제공하는 한편, 벽면을 보강하는 허니컴; 상기 허니컴의 양측에 설치한 소음 흡음용 다공판재; 상기 허니컴의 양측 면에 설치되어 습기를 흡수하는 한편, 벽면을 보강하는 탄소섬유층; 상기 프레임에 고정되면서 탄소섬유층 양측 면에 적층되어 상기 내부 구성요소를 보호하는 강판; 상기 강판 외부면에 형성한 스크린 인쇄 및 도료층; 을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 실 내외 벽면 예컨대, 화장실 벽면을 벽돌 적층 후 콘크리트로 타설하지 않게 되므로 벽면 두께가 얇다.
또한 본 발명은 맞춤식으로 사전에 조립 후 시공하게 되므로, 건설현장에서 작업이 어수선하지 않게 진행되며, 공사기간을 단축할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은 사전에 설계된 치수에 의해 정교하게 조립이 가능하므로, 시공 오차를 줄일 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은 슬림하면서도 강도가 높을 뿐 아니라, 조립 및 설치비용을 절감할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명은 흡음 단열재로 인해 각각의 화장실 공간의 불필요한 소음을 줄일 수 있는 효과를 가진다.

이하 첨부된 도면을 참고하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
본 발명을 설명하기에 앞서 기술의 이해를 돕도록 제시하는 첨부 도면 도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 구성을도시한 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 일부 생략 단면도 이다.
이와 같이 제시한 첨부 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 본 발명은 첨부 도면 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 상하좌우 틀을 형성하는 프레임(11); 상기 프레임(11)이 형성하는 틀 내측에 설치되어 방음공간을 제공하는 한편, 벽면을 보강하는 허니컴(12); 상기 허니컴(12)양측에 설치한 강판 또는 합성수지재의 소음 흡음용 다공판재(13) ; 상기 허니컴(12) 양측 면에 설치되어 습기를 흡수하는 한편, 벽면을 보강하는 탄소섬유층(14); 상기 프레임(11)의 양측 면에 고정되면서 탄소섬유층(14) 양측 면에 각각 적층되어 상기 내부 구성요소를 보호하는 강판(15);을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기에서, 강판(14)의 외측면에는 스크린 인쇄(나무 무늬 등) 및 도료층(16)을 형성한다.
여기서, 상기 프레임(11)은 사전에 설계 설정된 치수에 맞게 벽면의 틀을 구성하도록 상하좌우로 각각 연결되어, 사각 틀을 형성하는 아연 도금된 각 파이프일 수 있다.
이때, 상기 사각 틀을 형성한 프레임(11) 내측 부분에 허니컴(12)과 탄소섬유층(14)이 끼워져 설치되며, 접착을 통해 고정될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명 중 상기 허니컴(12)은 벌집 모양으로 천공된 알루미늄재질의 패널일 수 있다. 이때, 상기 허니컴(12)의 재질인 알루미늄은 알루미늄 그 자체로 이루어질 수 도 있고, 합금으로 이루어질 수도 있으며, 알루미늄 입자 또는 알루미늄 철사를 압착시켜서 된 것일 수 도 있다.
이와 같이 되면, 경량으로 이루어지면서도 벽면의 면 부분을 견고하게 지지 보강 할 수 있다.
또한, 허니컴(12)에 천공된 부분으로 유입된 소음이 체류하면서 소멸되어 방음 기능을 발휘할 수 있으며, 천공된 부분에 충진된 공기층에 의해 보온 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
특히, 본 발명은 허니컴(12)양측에 설치한 소음 흡음용 다공판재(13) 에 의해 유입된 소음이 흡수되어 소멸되게 되므로 더욱 소음 감쇄 효과를 누릴 수 있게 된다.
또 한편, 본 발명 중 상기 탄소섬유층(14)은 소음을 1차적으로 흡수하면서 소멸시키며, 습기를 흡수하여 벽면전체의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있다.
또 한편, 본 발명 중 상기 강판(15)은 갈바아닐(GA) 강판일 수 도 있고 용융아연도금 강판일 수 도 있다.
이때, 상기 갈바아닐 강판은 합금화 아연도금 강판으로서, 용융아연도금층을 응고직전 재가열하여 표면에 Fe-Zn 합금층을 생성시킨 제품으로 스팽글이 없고, 도장성이 향상되고 가공성(아연부착성, 용접성)이 우수하다.
또한, 상기 용융아연도금 강판(GI, HGI(HOT GI))은 냉간압연 된 제품을 용융아연욕조에 담궈 아연피막을 입힌 제품으로 아연의 자기희생 방식을 이용하며, 도금아연이 결정화되면서 나타나는 스팽글형성을 제거하면 표면이 균일하여 도장성이 좋고, 특히 내식성이 우수하다.
이때, 상기 강판(15)은 프레임(11)이 형성하는 틀의 양측 면에 용접 또는 접착 또는 나사 조립을 통해 고정될 수 도 있고, 상기 프레임(11) 전체를 감싸도록 즉, 프레임(11)과 허니컴(12) 및 탄소섬유층(14)을 모두 감싸도록 함체 형상으로 될 수 도 있다.
이때, 상기 강판(15)이 함체 형상으로 될 경우에는 상면ㆍ하면ㆍ좌측면ㆍ우측면ㆍ정면ㆍ배면을 구성하는 각각의 판체가 용접을 통해 결합될 수 있다.
이와 같이 되면, 프레임(11) 만으로는 뒤틀릴 수 있는 부분을 보완하여 더욱 견고히 벽면을 형성할 수 있다.
또한, 허니컴(12) 양측 면에 설치된 방음판재(13) 및 탄소섬유층(14)은 유입되는 소음을 흡수하여 1차 및 2차적으로 소멸시켜 방음 효율을 증대시킬 뿐 아니라, 습기를 흡수하여 주변 공기를 쾌적하게 유지시키며, 벽면 자체가 습기로 인해 수명이 단축되는 것을 최대한 지연시킬 수 있다.

  1. 상하좌우 틀을 형성하는 프레임(11); 상기 프레임(11)이 형성하는 틀 내측에 설치되어 방음공간을 제공하는 한편, 벽면을 보강하는 허니컴(12); 상기 허니컴(12)양측에 설치한 소음 흡음용 다공판재(13) ; 상기 허니컴(12) 양측 면에 설치되어 습기를 흡수하는 한편, 벽면을 보강하는 탄소섬유층(14); 상기 프레임(11)의 양측 면에 고정되면서 탄소섬유층(14) 양측 면에 각각 적층되어 상기 내부 구성요소를 보호하는 강판(15);을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 화장실 칸막이.
