Description

광고판 내부에 설치되는 안전유도등{Safety Guide Light}Safety guide light installed inside the billboard {Safety Guide Light}

The present invention proposes a method for solving the inconvenience and inefficient problems of the existing safety induction lamps and the safety induction lamps can be more efficiently guided by the invention for safety induction lamps.

As the number of major accidents continues to increase every year, interest in safety devices in emergency situations in the event of a fire or power outage continues to increase.

Among these, safety induction lamps and flashlights are the most representative safety induction devices. In view of the number of large-scale accidents to date, it is true that current safety induction lamps and flashlights are not performing their roles. Looking at the reason for this problem, there are a few major causes.

First, due to the problem of installing safety induction lamps by complying with safety standards without properly grasping the installation location and flow quantity of safety induction lamps, safety induction is not found in the middle of an emergency in case of fire or power failure. There is concern that it will not be done.

Second, flashlights are also similar in number to the floating population, making it difficult for accident parties to use in emergency situations.

Third, in a congested situation in an emergency situation, in particular, in the case of an emergency situation due to a fire, the visual field of view is limited by smoke because the visual field is largely blocked.

Fourth, there is no useful measure for rescue to grasp the location of the isolator in situations where safety induction has failed, especially in an emergency caused by building collapse.

Of course, there is no attempt to solve these causes. In order to solve the above problems, the following prior art already exists. Patents (Korean Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1995-010875, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-359089) and US Patent Publication No. 1995-561956 have been filed. However, these are all partial solutions, not fundamental solutions.

In the present invention, to improve the safety induction, etc. that do not play a role in a better form to be more useful in emergency situations. If you list the problems of the current safety guidance,

In the first and second of these problems, there is a way to increase the number of installations by simply increasing the safety investment cost, but this is not only expensive but also inefficient because it requires a separate installation space. Therefore, in this task, we propose a method that can effectively use the minimum cost and installation space while increasing the number of safety induction lamps and flashlights. In addition, it recognizes the limitations of visual safety guidance in emergencies, suggests ways to resolve them, and tries to provide useful measures to rescue the isolated person in situations where safety guidance has failed due to collapse of buildings. That is, to summarize the problem to be solved in the present invention is as follows.

1. To provide a sufficient number of safety guidance lights and flashlights for safety guidance in emergency situations without additional cost and space wastage.

2. We will provide various safety guidance methods to ensure safe safety guidance in crowded situations in emergency situations.

3. In the event that a stakeholder is isolated due to a collapse of a building, measures will be taken to facilitate rescue.

In order to solve the problems listed above, the present invention provides the following means.

First, the safety induction lamp to be used as a billboard in normal times [Fig. 3]. When the safety guidance lamp is used as a billboard in general, the cost of installing the safety induction lamp can be replaced with the advertising expenses, and safety guidance is added to the place where the existing billboard was, so there is no need to provide a separate space. So it looks good. When serving as a billboard, commercial power is used, and emergency standby power is charged by commercial power. Next, when commercial power is cut off due to fire or power interruption as shown in FIG. 2, the emergency spare power may be used as a safety induction lamp. Turn on the indicator lights, speakers, and laser displays using the emergency backup power that was charged when using commercial power.

In addition, a safety induction lamp and a billboard outside the flashlight is combined. This combination can reduce the inefficiency caused by installing safety guides and flashlights separately. Here, the flashlight coupled to the safety induction lamp is to be detachable only in an emergency.

This solves the first and second tasks to be solved.

Next, install additional safety guidance devices when constructing a safety induction lamp to solve the third problem. Basically, the safety induction lamp is switched to a safety induction lamp using emergency spare power in the billboard when an emergency situation occurs [Fig. 2]. At this time, the three-dimensional safety through the speaker and the laser display device for lighting the direction indicator and audible safety induction. By induction, the safety induction effect can be enhanced.

Finally, in order to solve the fourth task, an electronic chip for transmitting a rescue signal is installed in a flashlight combined with a safety induction lamp, so that the rescuer can easily find the accident party when the accident party carrying the flashlight is unable to evacuate and is isolated. To help.

The present invention having the above solution has the following effects.

1. Unlike the existing safety induction device, it does not require a separate installation space, so the waste of space can be minimized.

2. The cost of installing safety induction device is reduced because it is installed in the billboard or in combination with the billboard.

3. It is easy to induce escape even in a situation where the field of view is unclear due to the guidance of a strong light source such as a direction indicator and a laser display device with high transparency and a voice guidance device.

4. Remove the blind spot of the existing device by adjusting and spraying the angle of the laser display device.

5. The flashlight can be equipped with a rescue signal transmission device to easily identify the location of the accident party.
