Abstract
Description
도 2는 도 1의 잉크젯 프린트 헤드를 구성하는 글라스 프린트부에 제2 고분자 용액 주입관로가 설치된 상태를 부분 절개하여 도시한 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 잉크젯 프린트 헤드를 이용한 고분자 입자 제조방법을 개략적으로 도시한 흐름도이다.

Claims (10)
- 튜빙 스레드(tubing thread);
상기 튜빙 스레드에 연결되어, 고분자 용액을 상기 튜빙 스레드에 주입하는 제1 주입관로;
상기 튜빙 스레드를 통과한 상기 고분자 용액이 이동되는 팩킹부;
상기 팩킹부를 따라 이동된 상기 고분자 용액이 배출되는 글라스 프린트부; 및
상기 제1 주입관로에 연결되어 상기 고분자 용액이 공급되는 압력을 제공하는 펌핑부;
를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 글라스 프린트부에 연결되어 상기 펌핑부의 공급 압력으로 상기 글라스 프린트부의 내부로 용액을 주입하는 제2 주입관로;를 더 포함하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 글라스 프린트부는,
상기 튜빙 스레드에 결합되며 상기 제2 주입관로가 연결되는 헤드 본체;
상기 헤드 본체에 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상기 고분자 용액을 배출하는 노즐; 및
상기 노즐과 상기 헤드 본체의 사이에 설치되어 상기 노즐을 수축하여 상기 고분자 용액을 배출하도록 하는 압전 액추에이터(piezo actuator);
를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드. - (a) 제조하고자 하는 입자의 크기 및 형상을 결정하는 단계;
(b) 압전 액추에이터의 작동에 의해 노즐에서 용액이 분사되는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드에 제1 주입관로를 설치하고, 상기 (a) 단계에서 제조하고자 하는 입자의 원료인 고분자 용액을 주입하는 단계;
(c) 상기 (b) 단계의 상기 잉크젯 프린트 헤드 내부의 압력을 변동시켜 상기 (b) 단계에서 주입된 상기 고분자 용액이 상기 노즐에서 토출하는 속도를 가변시키는 단계;
(d) 상기 노즐의 토출부의 단면 형상을 변동시켜 상기 고분자 용액을 상기 노즐에서 토출하는 단계; 및
(e) 상기 노즐에서 토출된 상기 고분자 용액을 경화하는 단계;
를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드를 이용한 고분자 입자 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는,
상기 압전 액추에이터의 작동 속도를 조절하여 상기 노즐의 수축되는 정도를 가변하여 상기 고분자 용액이 노즐로 공급되는 속도를 가변시키는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드를 이용한 고분자 입자 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계는,
상기 제1 주입관로로 공급압력을 제공하는 펌핑부의 압력을 변화시켜 상기 노즐에서 토출되는 상기 고분자 용액의 토출 속도를 가변시키는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드를 이용한 고분자 입자 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계는,
상기 노즐을 상기 잉크젯 프린트 헤드에 착탈 가능하게 결합하여 토출부의 형상이 변경된 노즐을 선택하여 상기 잉크젯 프린트 헤드에 결합하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드를 이용한 고분자 입자 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (e) 단계의 상기 고분자 용액의 경화는, 상기 고분자 용액에 가교제를 첨가하여 경화시키는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드를 이용한 입자 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 (e) 단계의 상기 고분자 용액의 경화는, 상기 고분자 용액에 자외선을 가하여 경화시키는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드를 이용한 입자 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
(f) 상기 (a) 내지 (e) 단계로 제조된 상기 고분자 입자에 상기 고분자 용액을 재차 흘려 상기 고분자 입자를 코팅하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드를 이용한 입자 제조 방법.
