Abstract

PURPOSE: A producing method of water-soluble peal powder is provided to remove the bad smell and foreign materials from the pearl powder by micro-pulverizing and aging. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of water-soluble peal powder comprises the following steps: firstly pulverizing sterilized and wasted pearls by inserting into an inlet(102) of a micro-jet mill(101); sucking the firstly pulverized pearls into a first tank(104) through a pipe(103); micro-pulverizing the pearls using a conduit line(107) having the height 7-10m and the length of 12-17m; adding 20-30% of edible acetic acid into the obtained micro powder for kneading; stirring and crushing the mixture, and aging the mixture for 12 hours; adding purified water into the aged powder, and stirring to obtain an aqueous solution of protein and calcium components; refining the aqueous solution using filter paper, and firstly drying at 100-200 deg C; and secondly drying the obtained solid parts at 50-80 deg C.
