Description

PCB fastening apparatus

The present invention relates to a printed circuit board fixing device, and more particularly, to a printed circuit board fixing device for fixing a printed circuit board using a fixing structure formed in each of the first housing and the second housing without a separate component.

The printed circuit board is formed by forming a circuit pattern on an insulating layer therein and covering the insulating layer and the circuit pattern with solder resist, and various components are mounted on the surface thereof to perform a specific function. Such printed circuit boards are mostly used in general electronic products or electronic components.

The printed circuit board is generally fixed inside the housing using screws. However, in recent miniaturized electronic components, it is often difficult to fasten a printed circuit board to a housing using a separate screw.

For example, in a sensor type in which a connector portion coupled to a mating connector is integrally formed in a housing, the terminal located in the connector portion is inserted into a through hole of a printed circuit board in a state where the connector portion is integrally formed by insert molding. It is fixed in the housing.

However, there is a problem in that the printed circuit board is not firmly fixed in the housing because the terminal is only inserted into the through hole of the printed circuit board. As such, when a flow occurs in the printed circuit board, a problem arises in that operation reliability of the electronic component using the printed circuit board is degraded.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, and to fix the printed circuit board using a fixing structure formed on the housing itself without using a separate component.

According to a feature of the present invention for achieving the above object, the present invention is a first housing which is formed by the support end of which the front end surface is a flat end and the boss boss is formed to protrude into the support end is formed to protrude; The second housing is formed by protruding the engaging boss is inserted into the boss hole of the support boss of the first housing and is coupled to the boss hole inlet edge of the support boss of the first housing is formed through the through hole of the printed circuit board And a temporary assembly piece which is in close contact with an inner surface of the barrel hole and a coupling boss of the second housing, and supports the temporary assembly piece between the coupling boss and the printed circuit board at the support end of the support boss. It comprises a support fence to be in close contact.

The temporary assembly piece is formed in a pair facing each other at the inlet edge of the boss hole, a curved portion protrudes in the opposite direction at the front end, the support fence for supporting the temporary assembly piece at a position corresponding to the temporary assembly piece The hook protrusions respectively formed and guiding the curved portions are formed to protrude at positions facing each other.

The distance between the outer surfaces of the pair of temporary assembly pieces opposite to each other is greater than the inner diameter of the through hole of the printed circuit board.

A protrusion surrounding the outer surface of the coupling boss is formed to protrude, and an inner surface of the boss hole is formed by recessing the recess in which the protrusion is seated.

The protrusion and the groove are intermittently formed at corresponding positions of the outer surface and the boss hole inner surface of the coupling boss, respectively.

According to the printed circuit board fixing apparatus of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.

That is, in the present invention, the printed circuit board is fixed to the inside of the space formed by the first housing and the second housing in cooperation with the fixing structure formed in the first housing and the second housing. There is no need to use, so the number of parts can be relatively reduced.

In the present invention, the temporary assembled stone pieces formed in the first housing are shielded by the support fence formed in the second housing while being in close contact with the inner surface of the through-hole of the printed circuit board by the coupling boss formed in the second housing, and the tip of the support fence is printed. Since the circuit board is brought into close contact with the first housing side, the printed circuit board can be more firmly fixed inside the housing.

1 is a partial cross-sectional exploded perspective view showing the configuration of a preferred embodiment of a printed circuit board fixing device according to the present invention.
2 is a cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the embodiment shown in FIG.
Figure 3 is an operating state showing that the printed circuit board is fixed while the first housing and the second housing is coupled in the embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a printed circuit board fixing apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in the drawings, the first housing 10 is made of a synthetic resin material. The first housing 10 forms the appearance of a specific part. One side of the first housing 10 is formed to protrude the support boss 12. The support boss 12 is a cylindrical shape in this embodiment, but is not necessarily so. The upper surface of the support boss 12 is a flat surface is supported on one surface of the printed circuit board 20 to be described below.

The boss hole 16 is formed to be opened to the center of the upper surface of the support boss 12. The boss hole 16 is a portion into which the coupling boss 32 to be described below is inserted. The inner surface of the boss hole 16 is formed with a recessed groove 16 ′ as shown in FIG. 2. The groove 16 'is formed at a position corresponding to the protrusion 34 formed on the outer surface of the coupling boss 32 to be described below.

At the inlet edge of the boss hole 16 at the support end 14 of the support boss 12, a pair of temporary assembly pieces 18 are formed to protrude. The provisional assembly 18 is formed to face each other on the support end 14 corresponding to the inlet edge of the boss hole 16. The upper surface of the temporary assembly piece 18 is formed with a curved portion 19 to protrude in opposite directions. The temporary assembly 18 has a bar shape in which a portion except the curved portion 19 is substantially rectangular in cross section. The temporary assembly piece 18 is made to be elastically deformable.

The printed circuit board 20 includes an insulating layer therein, a circuit pattern is formed on the insulating layer, and a solder resist is coated on the surface thereof. The through hole 22 is formed through the printed circuit board 20. The barrel hole 22 is a portion through which the temporary assembly piece 18 penetrates, and is a portion for fixing the printed circuit board 20 between the first housing 10 and the second housing 20 to be described below.

The second housing 30 is provided to be combined with the first housing 10 to form an appearance of the entire component. The first housing 10 and the second housing 30 are not necessarily the same shape as in the illustrated embodiment. Of course, the configuration of the support boss 12 and the configuration of the first housing 10 and the coupling boss 32 and the support fence 36 of the second housing 30 may be variously modified. .

The second boss 30 is formed to protrude a coupling boss 32 at a position corresponding to the boss hole 16 of the support boss 12. The coupling boss 32 is a shape that can be joined to the boss hole 16, in the present embodiment becomes a rod shape. The protrusion 34 is formed at the tip of the coupling boss 32. The protrusion 34 is a portion coupled to the groove 16 ′ formed on the inner surface of the boss hole 16. The protrusion 34 may be formed so as to surround the coupling boss 32. In this case, the shape of the groove 16 ′ into which the protrusion 34 is inserted and walked should also be formed around the inner surface of the boss hole 16 to correspond thereto. The protrusion 34 may be formed intermittently along the outer surface of the coupling boss 32.

The support fence 36 is formed to protrude from the second housing 30 toward the first housing 10 adjacent to the coupling boss 32. The support fence 36 should be formed at least in a position corresponding to the temporary assembly piece 18. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the support fence 36 protrudes to face each other at a position spaced apart from the coupling boss 32 so as to correspond to the temporary assembly piece 18.

A hook protrusion 37 is formed at the front end of the support fence 36 to protrude toward the coupling boss 32. The hook protrusion 37 serves to prevent the temporary assembly piece 18 from being arbitrarily separated. A pressing surface 38 is formed at the tip of the support fence 36. The pressing surface 38 serves to press the surface of the printed circuit board 20 so that the printed circuit board 20 is in close contact with the support end 14 of the support boss 12. The hanger portion 37 is preferably formed of a curved surface of both surfaces.

Hereinafter, the printed circuit board fixing apparatus according to the present invention having the configuration as described above will be described in detail.

In order to fix the printed circuit board 20 to the inside of the first housing 10 and the second housing 30, first, the support end 14 formed on the upper end of the support boss 12 of the first housing 10; It must be seated in. That is, the temporary assembly piece 18 passes through the tube hole 22 of the printed circuit board 20 and the tube hole 22 and the boss hole 16 coincide with each other. When the temporary assembly piece 18 passes through the barrel hole 22, the curved portion 19 guides the inner surface of the barrel hole 22 so that the temporary assembly piece 18 easily penetrates the barrel hole 22.

At this time, if the inner diameter of the barrel 22 is slightly smaller than the distance between the opposite surfaces of the pair of temporary assembly 18, as shown in Figure 3 (a), the temporary assembly 18 is slightly inclined While elastically deformed, the distance between the ends of the temporary assembly piece 18 becomes relatively close.

Next, as shown in (b) of FIG. 3, in the state where the distal end of the coupling boss 32 is located between the temporary assembly pieces 18, the coupling boss 32 of the second housing 30 is located. ) Is inserted into the boss hole 16 through the through hole 22 of the printed circuit board 20. In the process of inserting the coupling boss 32 into the boss hole 16, the temporary assembly piece 18 is in close contact with the outer surface of the coupling boss 32, respectively, so that the distance from each other again. The outer surface of the temporary assembly piece 18 is in close contact with the inner surface of the barrel hole 22 of the printed circuit board 20.

In addition, when the coupling boss 32 enters the boss hole 16 to some extent, the support fence 36 supports the temporary assembly piece 18. That is, the support fence 36 and the coupling The temporary assembly piece 18 is inserted between the bosses 32 to prevent the temporary assembly piece 18 from being elastically deformed in a direction that is too far from each other. The elastic assembly is slightly deformed while the curved portion 19 of the temporary assembly piece 18 is taken over and restored.

The coupling boss 32 is inserted into the boss hole 16 until the protrusion 34 hangs on the groove 16 'of the boss hole 16. When the protrusion 34 is inserted into the groove 16 ′, the coupling boss 32 is coupled to the support boss 12 to be separated by applying a predetermined force or more. When the coupling boss 32 and the support boss 12 are coupled to each other, the front end of the support fence 36 is in close contact with the surface of the printed circuit board 20, as shown in Figure 2, the printed circuit board 20 is brought into close contact with the support end 14 of the support boss 12.

When coupled in this way, the first housing 10 and the second housing 30 has a groove 16 of the inner surface of the boss hole 16, the projection 34 of the coupling boss 32 formed in the support boss 12. ') Is prevented from moving in a direction in which the first housing 10 and the second housing 30 are separated from each other. Accordingly, the pressing surface 38 of the support fence 36 presses the surface of the printed circuit board 20 against the support end 14, thereby preventing the flow of the printed circuit board 20.

In addition, the temporary assembly pieces 18 are opposite to each other to be in close contact with the inner surface of the barrel hole 22 of the printed circuit board 20 to prevent the printed circuit board 20 from flowing arbitrarily.

Meanwhile, when the first housing 10 and the second housing 30 are separated, when the second housing 30 moves upward with respect to the first housing 10, the coupling boss 32 and the support are supported. The fence 36 is also moved together, so that the engagement state between the support boss 12 and the coupling boss 32 is released first. That is, the protrusion 34 is separated from the groove 16 '.

Next, the support fence 36 is slightly elastically deformed while passing through the curved portion 19 of the temporary assembly piece 18 and then restored to its original state. When the hook protrusion 37 of the support fence 36 passes through the curved portion 19 of the temporary assembly 18, the second housing 30 is separated from the first housing 10. Next, when the temporary assembly piece 18 is pulled out of the barrel hole 22, the printed circuit board 20 is separated from the first housing 10.

The scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, but is defined by the claims, and various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the claims. It is self evident.

For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the coupling boss 32 is inserted into the boss hole 16 of the support boss 12 so that the protrusion 34 is coupled by the insertion into the groove 16 ', but the coupling Coupling may be made by the boss 32 is pressed into the standing boss hole 16.
