Claims (4)
- 미생물 발효기에 있어서, 상기 미생물 발효기는 제어부(110), 가이드(120), 순환가열봉(130), 저온히터(132), 순환모터(111), 에어펌프(113) 및 순환팬(140)으로 이루어지는 본체(100)와 상기 본체(100)가 착탈식으로 설치되는 배양용기(200)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 미생물 발효기
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체 제어부(110)에는 하부의 순환가열봉(130)속에까지 에어공급관이 연결된 에어펌프(113)가 내장되며, 상기 제어부(110)의 하부에는 배양용기(200)의 입구에 하부로 빠지지 않고 안착될 수 있게 둥근 원판 형태로 제작된 가이드(120)가 설치되며, 상기 가이드(120)의 하부에는 순환가열봉(130)이 설치되되, 상기 순환가열봉(130)은 내부에 저온히터(132)가 내장되고 외주연 일부에 배양액 출구(131)가 형성되며, 하부 배양액 입구에는 순환모터(111)에 연결된 순환팬(140)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 미생물 발효기
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양용기(200)는 회전형 받침대(300)에 안치되되, 상기 회전형 받침대(300)는 하부에 4개의 다리프레임(310)이 설치되고 상기 다리 내부에 바구니 모양의 고정테(320)가 설치되되, 다리프레임(310)과 고정테(320)는 힌지로 연결되어 배양용기(200)가 회전가능하여 기울어질 수 있게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 미생물 발효기
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저온히터(132)는 전열선을 코일 모양으로 형성한 후 테프론 재질의 호스속에 인입하여, 히터의 열이 완만하게 미생물이 배양된 배양용기(200)에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 미생물 발효기
