Claims (4)
- SMPS[1]와, 직.병렬 LED 소자 기판[2]과 전류제한회로블럭[[3], [4], [5]]을 포함하고, 전류제한회로블럭[3]에 전원부[30]와 전류 검출 및 적분회로블럭[31], 스위칭회로블럭[32], 스위칭 소자[Q11]를 구성해서, LED전류가 설정치 이하 일 때에는 스위칭 소자[Q11]가 항시 온[ON]되고, LED전류가 설정치 이상일 때에는, LED전류의 적분치가 설정치와 동일하게 유지하도록 스위칭 소자[Q11]가 온.오프 타임을 조절하여 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED등.
- 1항에 있어 전원부[30]와 전류 검출 및 적분회로블럭[31], 스위칭회로블럭[32], 스위칭소자[Q11]로 구성된 전류제한 회로블럭[3]을 내장한 LED등용 SMPS.
- 1항에 있어 전원부[30]와, 전류검출 및 적분회로블럭[31], 스위칭회로블럭[32], 스위칭소자[Q11]로 구성된 전류제한회로블럭[3]을 내장한 직.병렬 LED 소자 기판.
- 1항에 있어 전류제한 회로블럭[3]의 구성에 있어, 검출용 저항[R11]으로 검출한 전류를 저항[R12]과 콘덴서[C11]로 적분해서 비교기[U11]의 한단자에 연결하고 비교기[U11]의 다른 한 단자에는 제한전류 설정치의 기준이 되는 전압을 인가해서, LED전류가 기준치 이하일 때에는 스위칭소자[Q11]의 게이트에 스위칭 회로블럭[32]이 High를 출력하여 스위칭 소자가 항상 온[ON]이 되게하고, LED 전류가 기준치 이상일 때에는 LED전류의 적분치가 설정치와 동일하게 유지하도록 스위칭소자[Q11]가 온.오프 타임을 조절하여 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED등용 전류제한 회로.
