Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly paint composition which is excellent in adhesion to various materials such as plastics and nonferrous metals, and also has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing properties, and more particularly, can be used for painting products such as automobile parts, electrical parts, and general household products. It relates to an environmentally friendly paint composition having excellent adhesion, antibacterial and deodorizing properties and a product having a coating film formed using the same.
Currently, plastic is mainly used as a material applied to home appliances and mobile phones, and the application of plastic materials is diversified to include automotive parts, electric parts, and general household goods.
The reason why plastics are applied to various products is that plastics can be manufactured in various shapes because they are light and easy to be formed by heat, and they have advantages in terms of durability and impact resistance.
Typically, these plastic products are subjected to a coating process in order to prevent contamination of the material, to increase chemical resistance, such as resistance to solvents, and to give excellent aesthetics.
On the other hand, the paint has been developed to meet a variety of materials, such as the material to be coated, or the state of the surface. For example, the to-be-coated body has been replaced by nonferrous metals including magnesium, aluminum, titanium or alloys thereof from ferrous metals widely used as structural materials. Since metal atoms such as magnesium, aluminum, and titanium are poorly adhered substrates having poor surface adhesion due to a smooth surface compared to general steel, acryl melamine resin, acrylic urethane resin, and acrylic silicone resin used as resins of general paints are nonferrous metals. Not easy to attach
In addition, general paints use a large amount of volatile organic solvents, and volatile organic solvents may be harmful or toxic to organisms including humans.
The present inventors have earnestly studied environmentally friendly paints that are excellent in adhesion to plastic materials and non-ferrous metals used for manufacturing automobile parts, electrical parts, general household products, etc., and do not use volatile organic solvents. As well as excellent adhesion to non-ferrous metals, and antibacterial and deodorant also developed an excellent environmentally friendly paint to complete the present invention.
An object of the present invention is to provide an environmentally friendly paint composition excellent in adhesion with various materials such as plastic, non-ferrous metals and also excellent antibacterial and deodorant and a product having a coating film formed using the same.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is an adhesive, antibacterial and deodorant comprising 30 to 40 parts by weight of acrylic latex resin, 40 to 60 parts by weight of charcoal powder, 0.5 to 1 parts by weight of bentonite powder and 1 to 4 parts by weight of additives. It provides this excellent eco-friendly paint composition.
The charcoal powder may exhibit antibacterial and deodorizing properties by being included in the coating composition of the present invention at 40 to 60 parts by weight.
As the additive, an antifoaming agent, a dispersant, a surfactant, a silicone additive, a non-silicone additive, or the like may be used alone or in combination.
In addition, the present invention is a coating composition containing 30 to 40 parts by weight of acrylic latex resin, 40 to 60 parts by weight of charcoal powder, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of bentonite powder and 1 to 4 parts by weight of additives at 1 to 15% by using water. A product having a coating film formed by diluting and compounding and then applying on a substrate is provided.
It is preferable that the thickness of the said coating film is manufactured by 50-500 micrometers.
The present invention has excellent adhesion to plastic materials, non-ferrous metals, etc. used for manufacturing automobile parts, electrical parts, general household products, etc., and also has excellent antibacterial and deodorizing properties, and is an eco-friendly coating composition without using volatile organic solvents. Can be provided.
Hereinafter, the eco-friendly coating composition excellent in adhesion, antibacterial and deodorant according to the present invention will be described in detail.
Eco-friendly coating composition excellent in adhesion, antibacterial and deodorant according to the present invention comprises 30 to 40 parts by weight of acrylic latex resin, 40 to 60 parts by weight of charcoal powder, 0.5 to 1 parts by weight of bentonite powder and 1 to 4 parts by weight of additives. .
Acrylic latex resin included in the coating composition according to the present invention has a non-toxic, non-volatile, flame retardant characteristics and can impart adhesion to the substrate. The acrylic latex resin is usually commercially available and is not particularly limited.
The coating composition according to the present invention contains charcoal powder to help naturally release far-infrared rays to eliminate bacteria causing various diseases, and far-infrared rays activate the cellular tissues by shaking the cellular tissues finely while passing through the human body due to the long wavelength. Anti-aging, promoting metabolism, chronic fatigue, etc. can be expected to be effective in preventing a variety of adult diseases, and also can be expected to deodorize the effect of removing various odors.
Charcoal powder may be included in the coating composition of the present invention by pulverizing the charcoal fine powder.
It is preferable in the antimicrobial and deodorizing property which the coating composition of this invention shows that the said charcoal powder is contained in a coating composition 40-60 weight part.
The coating composition according to the present invention includes bentonite powder. The coating composition according to the present invention may include bentonite powder to radiate far infrared rays to exert various effects on living surroundings such as bioactivation, water molecule activation, deodorization, growth promotion, and the like. In addition, far-infrared rays emitted from bentonite powder can remove odors by anionizing the air to neutralize the cations of the main substance of the odor.
As an additive included in the coating composition according to the present invention, an antifoaming agent, a dispersant, a surfactant, a silicone additive, a non-silicone additive, and the like, which are generally added to the coating composition, may be used alone or as a mixture thereof. It is preferably included in 1 to 4 parts by weight.
In addition, the present invention is a coating composition containing 30 to 40 parts by weight of acrylic latex resin, 40 to 60 parts by weight of charcoal powder, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of bentonite powder and 1 to 4 parts by weight of additives, diluted to 1 to 15% using water. It provides the product which has a coating film formed by mix | blending and then apply | coating on a base material.
As the substrate, a substrate made of various polymer resins such as nonferrous metal, ABS, PC, or ABS / PC alloy may be used.
The said additive can use the same thing as the coating composition of this invention mentioned above.
It is preferable that the coating film which concerns on this invention forms the thickness of 50-500 micrometers by apply | coating a coating composition on a base material several times.
As a method of coating the coating composition on the substrate, it can be used without limitation, such as a brush, a coating method using a roller, an airless spray method, and the like.
When the coating film according to the present invention is formed on the substrate with a thickness of less than 50 μm, sound absorption may be insignificant, and when the coating film according to the present invention is formed on the substrate in excess of 500 μm, the adhesion to the substrate may be reduced.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments will be described to aid in understanding the present invention. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the following examples are merely illustrative of the present invention, and various changes and modifications can be made within the scope and spirit of the present invention, and such modifications and variations belong to the appended claims.
[Example]
The coating film was manufactured using the paint containing the component of Table 1 below. As a paint, Eureka SSRS555 (Yurim Special Chemical Co., Ltd.) was used, and the paint was mixed with water according to the coating conditions shown in Table 2.
