하기 표 1에 기재된 성분이 포함된 도료를 사용하여 도막을 제조하였다. 도료로는 유레카 HPRS123(유림특수화학(주))을 사용하였으며, 표 2에 기재된 도장 조건에 따라 상기 도료를 물과 혼합하여 15 %의 희석률로 배합한 후 소지처리된 기재 상에 이를 3 회 도포하여 500 ㎛ 두께의 도막을 형성하였다. 도막의 형성과정에서 도료 조성물의 점도는 25 ℃에서 4000 CPS이었고, 스프레이건 구경은 19 mm이였고, 공기 압경은 4000 PSI이였으며, 건조 온도 및 시간은 하기 표 2와 같다.
