Abstract
The present invention relates to a pair of folding glasses, and to manufacture the parts made of polyamide-based synthetic resin and assembled to manufacture the folding glasses without a hinge screw, the bridge is inserted into the left and right lens frames so that deformation does not occur between the bridge and left and right lens frames. A bridge support with a groove is provided to solidify the glasses and to mass produce and soften the fit.
In the present invention, the component material is made of polyamide-based synthetic resin in the case of folding the left and right lens frame, the bridge, the front glasses leg, and the components of the rear glasses leg by hinge assembly. It is further provided with a bridge support having a groove, and a bridge connection point of the left and right lens frames, a bracket on the left and right sides, a through hole on the bracket, protruding pins on both sides of the bridge, and the inside of the front spectacle frame A guide shaft and a protruding pin are formed on the side portion, and a bracket having upper and lower holes is provided on the inner side of the rear side, and the guide shaft and the protruding pin are provided on the inner side portion of the rear spectacles leg. It is assembled by a protrusion pin provided on the guide shaft of the part.
Since the folding glasses configured as described above are manufactured by injection molding using polyamide-based synthetic resin, parts of a standard can be mass produced and assembled without a hinge screw.
Description
The present invention relates to a folding glasses, and more particularly, the material of the spectacle frame can be produced in a mass production standard by using a polyamide-based synthetic resin, and the wearing comfort can be softened.
Folding glasses have the advantage of being easy to carry and can be easily worn out when in use.
The folding glasses as described above have hinge parts at the connection points of the left and right lens frames and the bridges, the connection points of the left and right lens frames and the bridges, and the center points of the legs, and are made of metal materials.
The folding glasses made of metal materials (brass, shape memory alloy, titanium, etc.) have many processes such as welding the brackets to the connection points of parts such as left and right lens frames, bridges, and front and rear eyeglass legs depending on the shape, and assembling them with hinge screws. In addition, there is a drawback that the welding part is exposed and the merchandise is inferior, and the defect rate is high due to the positional change of the welding point and the welding failure.
In addition, when the folding glasses are made of a resin material, the contact with the skin is good and soft. However, due to the characteristics of the resin material, the wear is severe and the firmness thereof is weak, and thus, the folding glasses cannot be put to practical use due to deformation and damage.
In addition, polyamide-based synthetic resins (aka: nylon resins) with improved wear resistance and strength have been developed and used as glasses materials, but resin glasses are spreading, but it is difficult to manufacture molds for folding glasses, and it is more accurate than metal materials. It is inferior in assembly ability and not solid, and has not been put to practical use.
The preceding means related to the folding glasses is as follows.

The present invention is to solve the conventional drawbacks as described above, and to make a polyamide-based synthetic resin material, to manufacture the folding glasses parts by injection molding and to assemble the folding glasses without a hinge screw and to the bridge and the left and right lens frame In order to prevent deformation, the left and right lens frames are provided with a bridge support having a bridge insertion groove to solve the deformation and to provide folding glasses that soften production and wear comfort.
In the present invention, as shown in Figs. 1 and 5, the left and
As described above, the present invention can manufacture the left and right lens frame, the bridge, the left and right front legs, and the left and right rear legs by using polyamide-based synthetic resin. It is provided with a guide shaft and a protruding pin integrally, and can be assembled without a hinge screw, so it is easy to assemble and the bridge is guided in a bridge insertion groove provided in the bridge support of the lens frame, thereby eliminating deformation and wear when folding and unfolding. It is durable and soft to wear.
