Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an assembling structure of a resin eyeglass frame, and more particularly, to manufacture and assemble the eyeglass frame with a polyamide-based (aka nylon resin) material, simplifying manufacturing and convenience.
The spectacle frame is divided into a metal material and a synthetic resin material. The synthetic resin material spectacle frame is manufactured by injection molding the synthetic resin material in the above description of the invention.
The synthetic resin spectacle frame is manufactured by manufacturing a part of the spectacle frame body and a pair of legs to which the lens is fitted by primary molding, and completing the secondary assembly.
In the above, the metal frame assembly member for assembling the nose pad on the frame of the spectacle frame and the hinge plate of the metal material on the outer edges are molded and manufactured. It is manufactured by molding, the hinge plate of the spectacle frame body and the hinge plate of the spectacle leg are overlaid and then assembled by hinge screws, and the nose piece is assembled by the hinge screw to the spectacle frame body.
In the case of producing polyamide-based resin material, the hinge plate provided at the outer edge of the frame of the frame and the tip of the frame of the frame is made of the same material, and the hinge plate of the frame of the frame is assembled to the hinge plate on the outside of the frame of the frame. In the above polyamide-based resin eyeglass frame, assembling between the eyeglass frame body and the nose frame and assembling means between the eyeglass frame body and the eyeglass leg are known in various ways. There is a drawback that is difficult to use because the position of the nosepiece is difficult to adjust.
