Abstract
The present invention relates to a rolled material thermostat. Description
The present invention relates to an insulator for a rolled material, and more particularly, to an insulator for a rolled material that reduces the reheating cost for hot rolling by insulating the rolled material that has undergone a continuous casting process.
In general, in order to produce a rolled material in a steel mill, a rolling process is performed. The rolling process sandwiches a rolled material, such as slab, bloom, billet, etc., produced in a continuous casting process between two rotating rolls. It is thin and long molding.
The rolling mill is a device for forming a plate, bar, and section steel through plastic deformation of the material while passing the material between the rolls rotating at room temperature or high temperature, and a transfer guide is installed between the rolling mill and the rolling mill to follow the rolling material.
