Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a generator having a vacuum tube solar heat collector, and more particularly, to a generator having a vacuum tube solar heat collector capable of generating electricity using a solar heat collector having high stability and efficiency.
In general, as a method for using solar heat as an energy source, a method of using solar cells that collect solar heat to generate electrical energy is widely known. As a method of using solar heat in addition to the method of converting solar heat into electrical energy as described above, there have been various types of heat collecting devices that can efficiently collect solar heat and use it as an indirect or direct heating source.
An example of the heat collecting device includes a double glass wall including a glass outer wall and an inner glass wall, and collects black chromium or the like that absorbs sunlight on the outer side of the inner glass wall to collect the heat, and collects the heat collected inside the inner glass wall. Structures filled with transfer media are known.
However, in the conventional heat collecting device having such a double glass wall, the glass outer wall and the inner glass wall can be easily damaged, and at this time, the heat medium can flow out, and it is difficult to manufacture the heat collecting device having the double glass wall, and There is a known problem such as not being easily combined.
In addition, when solar heat is collected using a vacuum tube made of glass, the collected heat is limited only to the production of hot water at home. However, the technology of directly producing electricity using solar heat is disclosed in Korea. 0029919.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2004-0029919 has a transparent vacuum tube provided on the outside of a heat pipe painted in black, and the heat collected in the heat pipe is brought into contact with one side of the thermoelectric element, and a cooling fan is attached to the other side. Has a configuration that allows for development to occur.
However, such a conventional generator can easily predict the following problems.
1. Significant reduction in power generation due to the use of cooling fans that consume electricity
2. Difficulty in manufacturing transparent vacuum tubes made of glass
3. It is not easy to insert the heat pipe while maintaining the vacuum in the transparent vacuum tube made of glass
4. Repair is impossible when damaged
In other words, the larger the temperature difference between both sides of the thermoelectric element, the more electricity can be produced, the heat pipe heat transfer to one side of the thermoelectric element, the other side has a structure that generates a temperature difference by cooling using a fan, Actually the amount of electricity produced may be very small since the continuously generated electricity must be used to drive the fan.
In addition, the vacuum tube should be used to prevent the external transfer of the collected heat, but it is not easy to manufacture the vacuum tube itself, and there is a problem in that it is not easy to embed a heat pipe and a heat collecting plate having a predetermined volume in the vacuum tube.
In addition, when the transparent vacuum tube exposed to the outside is damaged, it has a structure that can not replace only the transparent vacuum tube, there is a problem that the maintenance cost increases because it is impossible to repair and replace the whole.
The problem to be solved by the present invention in consideration of the above problems is to provide a generator having a vacuum tube solar heat collector that can maximize the amount of power generation.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a generator having a vacuum tube solar heat collector that can be manufactured, installed and maintained more easily by providing a structure of a vacuum tube that can be made after installing the vacuum state .
The present invention for solving the above problems, the heat collecting portion for collecting heat and heat circulating the heat medium filled therein, and fixing the upper side of the heat collecting portion, exposing the surface provided with a plurality of heat exchange plate, The heat dissipation part which insulates the whole upper side of the said heat collecting part except the exposed surface, the thermoelectric element which one surface contacts the exposed surface of the said heat collecting part, and the other surface of the thermoelectric element are cooled, but convection using the temperature difference of cooling water It includes a circulating cooling unit for circulating cooling by the charge, and a charging unit for storing the power generated by the thermoelectric element.
The present invention having the configuration as described above, the cooling water flows to one side of the thermoelectric element can be maximized the amount of power produced by not using a separate power source, the heat exchange efficiency of the cooling water to increase the heat exchange efficiency of the two sides of the thermoelectric element conventionally Compared with maintaining larger, there is an effect that can maximize the amount of power produced.
In addition, the present invention, as a structure of the heat collecting portion for collecting solar heat, is installed without the vacuum tube, the heat pipe is located inside the glass tube open on both sides, the air between the heat pipe and the glass tube is allowed to flow out Since it is made in a vacuum state, there is an effect that is easy to manufacture, install and maintain as compared to the conventional vacuum tube method.

3 is a configuration diagram of the
Referring to FIG. 3, the
This is a configuration in which the
In addition, the
By the configuration of the
As is known, the
The present invention uses the above-mentioned backing effect,
One surface of the thermoelectric element is brought into close contact with a heated surface of the

Referring to FIG. 4, the first
In addition, in order to increase the heat exchange efficiency of the cooling water passing through the inside of the
Thus, in order to diffuse the flow of the cooling water and to increase the residence time further, there are provided a plurality of
In addition, the

As described above, the other surface of the
The charged current is converted into an AC power through the D / A converter 520 may be used as a power source, such as a lamp, home appliances.
As described above, the coolant heated by heat exchange in the first
At this time, the
The
