Claims (3)
- 태양열 집속하여 초전기 결정에 조사하여 초전기 결정(pyroelectric crystal) 단면에 전하를 유도하고 이를 이용하여 고에너지빔 및 X-선을 발생하는 방법 및 장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 태양열 집속판의 형태는 타원형, 포물선형 또는 W자형 반사면이 포함된다.
- 제 1항에 있어서 태양열 집속판은 이중 구조로 상단면에는 태양열 반사판 또는 금속박막이 증착되어 있는 형태이며 중간층에는 냉각유체를 통과하게 할 수 있는 형태이다.
