Description

Resource recycling type sound-absorbing sound-absorbing sound material using waste fiber interior material for automobiles {The acoustic package of the recycling non-woven by using the wasted fabric among the automobile products}

At present, domestic manufacturers and molding companies related to textile interior materials for automobiles have defects in the production process or residual parts generated during molding cutting, which generate more than 1,200 tons per month of waste fiber interior materials. Most of these wastes are industrial wastes. It is classified into and separated / compressed and sent to a waste disposal company. At this time, a processing cost of about 60,000 won per ton is incurred, and most of it is incinerated. Some manufacturers incinerate some of the waste fiber linings and recycle them as auxiliary heat sources, but incineration generates a large amount of greenhouse gases (CO 2 ) and additional ashes from the incineration residues. I have a secondary problem that needs to be addressed. As a result, until now, waste fiber interior materials are not used as recycled raw materials in automobiles and other industrial fields, and in particular, fiber interior materials are not used for proper resource circulation. Accordingly, it is urgent to prepare technical measures to reduce the cost burden and environmental pollution associated with the treatment of waste fiber interior materials.

Korean Patent No. 10-0935452 introduces a manufacturing process technology relating to a method for manufacturing a composite fiber sheet suitable as a sound absorbing and insulating material for automobiles incorporating regenerated pulverized fiber products. This patent uses a specially designed web former to mix recycled pulverized grains and web raw materials, which are pulverized waste fibers with a particle size of 0.5 to 30 mm, and then regenerated pulverized grains are arranged in an inner layer and web raw materials are arranged in an outer layer. Fabric sheet production is the core technology. However, in the process of pulverizing the fiber product, short fibers having a size of 0.5 mm or less occur more than 60%, which has a disadvantage that cannot be applied to the above technique.

Korean Patent 10-0812388 introduces a manufacturing technology for the manufacture of air filters for removing harmful gases and odors. In this patent, an adsorbent such as activated carbon which can adsorb harmful gas and odor gas into a nonwoven fabric for a simple dust removal air filter is inserted into an interlayer of a nonwoven fabric, and then needle punching is used to mix up and down layers of fibers. It is characterized by the manufacturing method which fixes an adsorbent by joining. The patent provides a manufacturing method capable of inserting particles of 0.5 mm or less in the step of producing a nonwoven fabric. However, the above method is to scatter the particles by the scattering to the lower unit of the non-woven fabric of the lower layer, and then to cover the non-woven fabric on the upper layer, this scattering method is difficult to uniformly disperse the crushed grains and also scattered a large amount It has the disadvantage of dust.

In the present invention, in order to recycle automotive waste fiber lining material, the waste fiber lining material is crushed into particles having a size of 0.5 mm or less, and then uniformly mixed with the web raw material, and then a nonwoven fabric is fabricated using lamination and needle punching, followed by heating, rolling and cooling. Finally, the resource-circulating sound absorbing and insulating material is finally manufactured using the required properties.

The manufacturing method can recycle all the particles generated in the step of crushing the waste fiber lining. In addition, the needle punching and heating method can be used to bond the fine particles between the web raw material without using a separate adhesive.

As described above, the present invention utilizes automobile waste fiber lining products to produce a resource-circulating sound absorbing and insulating material, which generates more than 1,200 tons / month from domestic automobile fiber lining materials manufacturers, and treats waste amounting to 3% of sales at incineration costs. The cost can be reduced, and at the same time, it can be used again as a raw material for the production of fiber interior materials, which can help to reduce costs. In addition, it is possible to control the environmental pollution inherently by eliminating waste generation. Furthermore, it can be applied to waste textile products not only in the automobile field but also in the construction field, and will be a great help in achieving a resource-cycling economic and social structure that does not generate waste.

The configuration of the present invention using the manufacturing line shown in Figure 1, 1) using a shredding device to crush the car waste fiber interior (floor carpet composite fiber products, etc.) into short fiber particles of 0.5mm or less, 2) uniformly mixing the web raw material (fiber raw materials such as polyester series, fineness 4-20d) and the crushed particles by 10 ~ 90% by weight relative to the weight of the final nonwoven product by using a raw material injection device 3) laminating the mixed fiber raw material to a predetermined thickness using a fiber laminating apparatus, and then simultaneously kneading and completely fixing the mixed fiber using needle punching (200 to 400 stroke / min), 4) heating / Heating to 150-200 for about 2 to 4 minutes using a drying apparatus, 5) adjusting the properties of the nonwoven fabric to a constant thickness using a roller, and simultaneously bonding the fibers to each other, 6) using the cooling apparatus to 2 ~ 4, atmosphere After cooling for 2 to 4 minutes to maintain the properties, and cutting to a certain size using a cutter, and finally to manufacture a resource-circulating sound-absorbing sound absorbing material recycled car waste fiber interior materials.

Example

Example 1

In Example 1, according to the above manufacturing method, the flooring waste (aka Floor Carpet Scrap) consisting of a composite fiber sheet of the car waste fiber interior material crushed in the shredding device to a particle diameter of 0.5mm or less transferred to the raw material injection device The main component is made of polyester and the web material and crushed particles 30: 70% by weight and uniformly mixed to prepare a mixed fiber. Then, the mixed fibers are transferred to a lamination apparatus and laminated to a predetermined thickness, and then punched at a speed of 300 stroke / min in a needle punching apparatus, kneaded and fixed between fibrous phases, and then heated at 180 for 2 minutes, and then using a rear roller. After adjusting the thickness by applying pressure so that the thickness is 15mm, and cooled in 4 atmospheres in a cooler for 2 minutes to fix the properties and cut in a cutter to prepare a resource-circulating sound absorbing and insulating material having a surface density of 1000g / m 2 .

Table 1 shows the results obtained by requesting the resource-circulating sound absorbing and insulating material produced in Example 1 to NVH Tech Korea Co., Ltd., a test and evaluation institution for automobile interior sound absorbing materials. It has been shown that it can be used to replace the car interior materials.
