Description

Sunroof control device with touch panel and method thereof {APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SUN ROOF WITH TOUCH PANEL}

The present invention relates to a sunroof control device having a touch panel and a method thereof, and more particularly, after analyzing a signal input through a capacitive touch panel (CAPACITANCE TYPE TOUCH PANEL) with a coordinate sensor. The present invention relates to a sunroof control device having a touch panel and a method for controlling the opening and closing of a sunroof mounted on a vehicle.

1 is an exemplary view of a sunroof mounted on a vehicle.

As shown in FIG. 1, the sunroof 13 is formed on the upper surface 11 of the vehicle, and the sunroof 13 for selectively opening and closing the opening 12 is installed. By opening 13) properly, the outside air is sufficiently introduced into the car to promote a comfortable car environment.

The sunroof 13 has an in-dash sliding method and an out sliding method.

The in-dash sliding sunroof features a panel sunshade, as well as a tilt function that lifts the rear part around the vehicle and the in-sliding function of the sunroof between the roof plate of the vehicle and the headline of the interior ceiling. It is equipped with a sensor as standard.

This in-dash sliding sunroof has a built-in integrated structure that provides a clean finish and a sense of unity with the roof surface, creating the most luxurious ambience. Height is also adjustable.

The out-sliding sunroof has a tilt function in which the rear part is lifted up around the vehicle and the sunroof is slid over the roof plate of the vehicle.

The in-dash sliding sunroof and out-sliding sunroof are opened or closed by a driver operating a switch provided at one side of the vehicle interior (usually around the front interior light).

Such a conventional sunroof control switch is a mechanical device, there are a number of input buttons for opening or closing the sunroof is inconvenient to use, and its appearance is clunky, and thus there is a problem in that it cannot produce a high-quality image.

As a solution to this problem, there is a method of selecting a sunroof opening and closing method by moving one switch knob at various positions or angles, but this also causes difficulty in user confusion due to difficulty in manipulation.

In order to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, the present invention analyzes the signal received from the driver through a capacitive touch panel with a coordinate sensor and then controls the opening and closing of the sunroof mounted on the vehicle. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a sunroof control device having a touch panel and a method thereof, by which a driver can easily and comfortably control the sunroof while producing a luxurious image.

The objects of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned objects, and other objects and advantages of the present invention which are not mentioned can be understood by the following description, and will be more clearly understood by the embodiments of the present invention. Also, it will be readily appreciated that the objects and advantages of the present invention may be realized by the means and combinations thereof indicated in the claims.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sunroof control apparatus including a touch panel, the apparatus comprising: a capacitive touch panel having a coordinate sensor layer on which coordinate sensors are located, and receiving touch and drag from a user; An input detector detecting a touch and drag input through the touch panel; And a controller configured to generate a driving signal for driving the sunroof according to a result detected by the input detector.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description of the present invention when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, It can be easily carried out. In the following description, well-known functions or constructions are not described in detail since they would obscure the invention in unnecessary detail. Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

2 is a block diagram of an embodiment of a sunroof control device having a touch panel according to the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 2, the sunroof control device having a touch panel according to the present invention includes a touch panel 21, an input sensing unit 22, a controller 23, and a driver 24.

As illustrated in FIG. 3, the touch panel 21 is a capacitive touch panel having a coordinate sensor layer on which coordinate sensors are located, and receives touch and drag (sunroof control) from a user. At this time, the touch input from the user indicates part or full opening and closing of the sunroof and tilt on / off. Of course, the height of the tilt can also be indicated.

As illustrated in FIG. 4, the input detector 22 divides the touch panel 21 into three equal parts and detects a user's touch and drag. That is, the input detecting unit 22 detects a user's touch and drag by dividing the area at the front side of the vehicle into the front part X1, the center area to the center part X2, and the rear part of the vehicle to the rear part X3. do. Since the actual touch panel 21 does not have a mark that distinguishes each area from the outside, the user cannot see the display between the areas. However, the average person can intuitively distinguish the three equal areas. It is most preferable to divide into equal parts. Of course, the separator for separating each area may be displayed on the outer side of the touch panel 21.

As another example, it is possible to divide in two, but in this case, the drag for the full opening / closing of the sunroof is possible, but the opening / closing of the partial sunroof is impossible. If you want to open and close the sunroof by dividing it into two parts, you can implement the full and partial open / close of the sunroof based on the dragging time. In addition, when the opening / closing step of the sunroof is divided into several steps, the touch panel 21 may be divided into four or more areas.

The input detector 22 detects six inputs as shown in Table 1 below.

Figure pat00001

This will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 5 below.

① sliding open

When the user touches the front part X1 of the touch panel 21 and drags it to the center part X2 (a), the user touches the center part X2 of the touch panel 21 and the rear part ( (B) when dragging up to X3).

When the input detecting unit 22 detects (a), the control unit 23 determines to open some of the sliding openings (half-opening), and generates a driving signal for opening the sunroof 13 which is closed by half. When the sensing unit 22 detects (b), the control unit 23 determines that the heat is completely open during the sliding opening, and generates a driving signal for completely opening the half-open sunroof 13.

② sliding close

When the user touches the rear portion X3 of the touch panel 21 and drags the center portion X2 (c), the front portion (c) when the user touches the center portion X2 of the touch panel 21. (D) when dragging up to X1).

When the input detecting unit 22 detects (c), the control unit 23 determines to close part of the sliding close and generates a driving signal for closing half of the sunroof 13 which is completely open, and the input detecting unit ( When 22) detects (d), it determines to close completely during the sliding close and generates a driving signal to completely close the sunroof 13 which is only half closed.

③ automatic sliding opening

When the sunroof 13 is completely closed (status 0), when the user touches and releases the front part X1 of the touch panel 21 for a predetermined time (for example, 1 second) without dragging, it detects an input. Detected by the unit 22, the control unit 23 determines this state as 'automatic sliding open' to generate a drive signal to completely open the sunroof 13 that is completely closed.

At this time, the control unit 23 is preferable to generate a drive signal to open the sunroof 13 completely by judging 'automatic sliding open' as a normal input signal in a state where the sunroof 13 is completely closed. Even when (13) is half open, the drive signal may be generated to determine the normal input signal to completely open the sunroof 13.

④ Automatic sliding close

When the sunroof 13 is completely open (status display 1), when the user touches and releases the front portion X1 of the touch panel 21 for a predetermined time (for example, 1 second) without dragging, it detects an input. Detected by the unit 22, the control unit 23 determines this state as 'automatic sliding close' to generate a drive signal to completely close the sunroof 13 that is completely open.

In this case, the control unit 23 may generate a driving signal for completely closing the sunroof 13 by determining 'automatic sliding close' as a normal input signal in a state where the sunroof 13 is completely open. Even when (13) is half closed, the drive signal may be generated to judge the normal input signal to completely close the sunroof (13).

⑤ tilting on

When the sunroof 13 is fully closed (status 0), the rear loop X2 of the touch panel 21 is touched for a predetermined time (for example, 1 second) without dragging. Detected by the input sensing unit 22, the control unit 23 determines this state as 'tilting on' and opens the rear end of the sunroof 13 at a predetermined angle (critical angle).

In this case, the controller 23 maintains a state in which the user has touched the rear portion X2 of the touch panel 21 without dragging for a predetermined time (for example, 1 second), that is, when the touched time exceeds 1 second. In this case, the driving unit 24 may be controlled to open the rear end of the sunroof 13 in proportion to time from the time point exceeding 1 second. In this case, it is preferable to divide the rear part X3 into two equal parts to the left and right, and use one side as the tilting area and the other side as the tilting area. In the case of dragging, the division of the rear part X3 is ignored.

In this way, the user may open the rear end of the sunroof 13 to a critical angle in proportion to the touch time.

⑥ tilting off

When the sunroof 13 is fully opened (status 1), the rear loop X2 of the touch panel 21 is touched for a predetermined time (for example, 1 second) without dragging. Detected by the input sensing unit 22, the control unit 23 determines this state as 'tilting off' and closes the rear end of the sunroof 13 at a predetermined angle (critical angle).

In this case, the controller 23 maintains a state in which the user has touched the rear portion X2 of the touch panel 21 without dragging for a predetermined time (for example, 1 second), that is, when the touched time exceeds 1 second. In this case, the driving unit 24 may be controlled to close the rear end of the sunroof 13 in proportion to time from the time point exceeding 1 second. In this case, it is preferable to divide the rear part X3 into two equal parts to the left and right, and use one side as the tilting area and the other side as the tilting area. In the case of dragging, the division of the rear part X3 is ignored.

Through this, the user may close the rear end of the sunroof 13 to a critical angle in proportion to the touch time.

The driving unit 24 performs sliding open / close, automatic sliding open / close and tilting on / off of the sunroof according to the driving signal generated by the control unit 23.

Meanwhile, an operation of the touch panel 21 will be described with reference to FIG. 6.

As shown in FIG. 6A, when the user touches the front part X1 of the touch panel 21, the capacitance of the front part X1 increases and exceeds the threshold at any moment. The input detector 22 detects a user's touch when the capacitance exceeds the threshold.

In addition, when the user touches the front part X1 of the touch panel 21 and drags it to the center part X2, the capacitance of the center part X2 exceeds a threshold as shown in (b). In this case, the input sensing unit 22 is the center portion at the front portion X1 through the touch movement (X1 → X2 vector) from the front portion X1 to the center portion X through the coordinate sensor and the capacitance at each position. Detect drag to (X).

The touch panel (sunroof switch) 21 may be implemented as shown in FIG. 7. In other words, the sunroof switch is located between the driver's seat shader and the passenger seat shader, and is created as a module with the sunglass storage space and the driver's lamp and lamp adjuster, allowing users to easily create the sunroof while maintaining a high-quality image. It has the advantage of being adjustable.

8 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a sunroof control method having a touch panel according to the present invention.

First, a user's touch and drag are input through the touch panel (801).

Thereafter, the received touch and drag are sensed (802).

Thereafter, a sunroof driving signal corresponding to the detected touch and drag is generated (803).

The driving signal generated in this way is transferred to the driving unit 24 so that the driving unit 24 adjusts the sunroof according to the driving signal.

In an embodiment of the present invention, X1 is described as a front part and X2 is a rear part so that control corresponding to the opening and closing direction of the sunroof can be made in order to increase intuitiveness, but X1 may be set as the rear part and X2 may be set as the front part.

On the other hand, the method of the present invention as described above can be written in a computer program. And the code and code segments constituting the program can be easily inferred by a computer programmer in the art. In addition, the written program is stored in a computer-readable recording medium (information storage medium), and read and executed by a computer to implement the method of the present invention. The recording medium may include any type of computer readable recording medium.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. The present invention is not limited to the drawings.
