Description

Method of manufacturing dust-proof mask

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dust mask, and more specifically, both ends of the upper hanger and both ends of the lower hanger on the outer surface of the hemispherical dust mask body using a fused thermoplastic synthetic resin when manufacturing the dust mask. It is about how to fuse each.

In the conventional method of manufacturing the anti-vibration mask, as shown in FIG. 1, both ends of the upper hanger 21 and the lower hanger 22 are formed on the outer surface of the semi-spherical anti-vibration mask body 10 using an iron core (Staple 31). Both ends of the axle were fixed.

1 is a perspective view of an anti-vibration mask in which both end portions of each of the upper hanger 21 and the lower hanger 22 are fixed to an outer surface of the dustproof mask body 10 by an iron core 31.

However, the conventional method of fixing both ends of the upper hanger 21 and the lower hanger 22 to the outer surface of the anti-vibration mask body 10 using the iron core 31 as described above is a face of a person wearing the anti-vibration mask. There was a problem that the risk of getting hurt by being scratched by the iron core 31 was very high.

In another conventional method of manufacturing the anti-vibration mask, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 3, the hanger fixing piece 32 manufactured separately from plastic is fixed to the outer surface of the anti-vibration mask body 10, and then the upper hanger Both end portions of (21) and both end portions of the lower hanger strap 22 were fitted to the hanger fixing piece 32 and fixed.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the anti-vibration mask in which both end portions of each of the upper hanger 21 and the lower hanger 22 are fixed to the outer surface of the dustproof mask body 10 by the hanger fixing piece 32.

3 is a plan view of one example of the strap string fixing piece 32 used in the conventional method.

The conventional method of fixing both ends of the upper hanger 21 and the lower hanger 22 to the outer surface of the anti-vibration mask body 10 using the hanger fixing piece 32 as described above is provided with the face of the anti-vibration mask wearer. The hanger fixing piece 32 is in direct contact with the wearer, so the wearer receives a feeling of bad feeling, and after making the separate hanging strap fixing piece 32, it must be fixed to the outer surface of the dustproof mask body 10. The process was complicated and the manufacturing cost also increased.

In order to effectively solve the above problems, the present invention can effectively prevent the wearer's face from being damaged by an iron core and the like, and have a good wearing feeling, simplifying the manufacturing process, and inexpensive manufacturing cost. It is a subject to provide a manufacturing method.

In order to achieve the above object, a method of manufacturing a dust mask according to the present invention includes (i) both end portions of the upper hanger string and both end portions of the lower hanger string by immersing them in a thermoplastic resin melt, and both end portions and the lower hanger of the upper hanger string. Forming a thermoplastic resin coating layer on each of both ends of the string, and (ii) lifting both ends of the upper hanger and both ends of the lower hanger having a thermoplastic synthetic resin coating layer formed on the outer surface of the hemispherical dust mask body. And then, melting the thermoplastic synthetic resin coating layers ultrasonically to fuse both end portions of the upper hanger and both end portions of the lower hanger onto the outer surface of the dustproof mask body.

Since the present invention fuses both end portions of the upper hanger and the lower hanger to the outer surface of the dustproof mask body by using a thermoplastic synthetic resin, the face of the dustproof mask wearer is placed on the iron core as compared with the conventional method using an iron core. It is possible to prevent the risk of being scratched by the damage, and compared to the conventional method using a hanger fastener, the manufacturing cost is low and there is a good wearing effect.

Figure 6 is a cross-sectional state diagram of one end of the hanger string formed with a thermoplastic synthetic resin coating layer.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the method of manufacturing the anti-vibration mask according to the present invention, first, both ends of the upper hanger 21 and both ends of the lower hanger 22 are immersed in the thermoplastic synthetic resin melt, and the upper hanger as shown in FIG. 6 ( 21) and the step of forming a thermoplastic synthetic resin coating layer 70 on each of both ends of the lower hanger 22.

Next, according to the present invention, both ends of the upper end of the upper hanger 21 and the both ends of the lower end of the hanger 22 are formed on the outer surface of the hemispherical dust mask body 10. Then, the thermoplastic synthetic resin coating layer 70 formed on each of both ends is subjected to a process of melting with ultrasonic waves.

As described above, both ends of the upper hanger 21 and both ends of the lower hanger 22 are respectively shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 by the process of melting the thermoplastic synthetic resin coating layer 70 by ultrasonic waves. Likewise, the thermoplastic synthetic resin 30 is firmly fused onto the outer surface of the dustproof mask body 10.

The thermoplastic synthetic resin is preferably one selected from polypropylene resin polyethylene resin and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, but the present invention does not specifically limit the type of the thermoplastic synthetic resin.

On the other hand, in the present invention, the step of attaching the nose shape control member 40 to the central portion of the upper surface side of the dust-proof mask body 10 may be further performed.

In addition, in the present invention, the step of attaching the cushion member 50 to the central portion of the upper surface side of the dust-proof mask body 10 may be further performed.

Each of the process of attaching the nose shape control member 40 and the process of attaching the cushion member 50 is more secure than the process of fixing the upper hanger 21 and the lower hanger 22 to the outer surface of the dustproof mask body 10. You can do it first or later.

In addition, although the process of attaching the nose shape control member 40 is preferably performed before the process of attaching the cushion member 50, the present invention does not specifically limit these process procedures.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples.

However, the protection scope of the present invention is not limited by the following examples.
