Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dust mask, (i) the both ends of the upper hanger and both ends of the lower hanger are immersed in a thermoplastic synthetic resin melt, and both ends of the upper hanger and both ends of the lower hanger, respectively. Forming a thermoplastic synthetic resin coating layer on the substrate; and (ii) placing both ends of the upper hanger and both ends of the lower hanger on which the thermoplastic synthetic resin coating layer is formed on the outer surface of the hemispherical dustproof mask body. Melting the synthetic resin coating layers with ultrasonic waves to fuse each of both ends of the upper hanger and both ends of the lower hanger onto the outer surface of the dustproof mask body.
Since the present invention fuses both end portions of the upper hanger and the lower hanger to the outer surface of the dustproof mask body by using a thermoplastic synthetic resin, the face of the dustproof mask wearer is placed on the iron core as compared with the conventional method using an iron core. It is possible to prevent the risk of being scratched by the damage, and compared to the conventional method using a hanger fastener, the manufacturing cost is low and there is a good wearing effect.
