Abstract
Description
도 2a 및 도 2b는 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 백라이트 유닛용 샤시구조물의 단면도이다.
도 3a 내지 도 3d는 본 발명인 샤시구조물에 장착되는 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판의 절곡전의 평면도이다.

Claims (7)
- 양측면에 외부로 향하는 절곡부가 형성된 측면부를 구비하는 샤시; 및
상기 샤시의 측면부와 동일하게 외부로 향하는 절곡부를 구비하여 상기 측면부 상에 장착되되,
금속기판상에 형성된 절곡부를 기준으로 회로패턴이 형성된 회로패턴부와 절곡영역부로 이루어진 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판;
을 포함하는 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 백라이트 유닛용 샤시구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 회로패턴부는,
양측면의 회로패턴부가 서로 대향되도록 샤시 측면부와의 장착면 이면에 형성되는 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 백라이트 유닛용 샤시구조물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 회로패턴부는,
상기 금속기판 상에 절연층과 회로패턴층이 순차적으로 적층된 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 백라이트 유닛용 샤시구조물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 회로패턴부는,
전원 인가를 위한 전극부와 상기 전극부와 회로패턴층을 전기적으로 연결하는 전극배선부를 더 포함하는 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 백라이트 유닛용 샤시구조물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 회로패턴부에는 전원 인가를 위한 전극부를 더 포함하고,
상기 절곡영역부에는 상기 전극부와 회로패턴층을 전기적으로 연결하는 전극배선부를 포함하는 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 백라이트 유닛용 샤시구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 절곡영역부와 샤시 측면부는 체결홀이 형성되어 상기 체결홀에 결합된 체결구에 의해 인쇄회로기판이 장착되는 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 백라이트 유닛용 샤시구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인쇄회로기판은 TIM을 매개로 상기 샤시의 측면부에 장착되는 브라켓 일체형 방열 인쇄회로기판이 장착된 백라이트 유닛용 샤시구조물.
