Description
The present invention relates to a disposable medical dressing, and more particularly, it is possible to attach the exposed foam directly to the skin after removing only the exfoliation from the outside, so that it is easy to use without a separate dressing bandage or auxiliary adhesive tape. It relates to one disposable medical dressing.
Generally, skin is one of the organs that protects the human body from external stimuli, prevents water loss, protects body temperature, prevents bacterial invasion, and protects the skin when defects occur due to burns or other trauma. This loss results in a malfunction, and causes various side effects due to water loss and bacterial infection from the outside, making it difficult to treat the affected area, or causing additional side effects such as secondary dysfunction or damage.
Therefore, in order to quickly heal wounds and minimize secondary side effects, it is necessary to treat wounds with appropriate dressings.
Dressings used to cover wounds in the treatment of wounds include the ability to maintain adequate moisture in contact with wounds, the ability to absorb exudates, the ease of attachment and removal of wounds, and the delivery of gas vapors to the outside. Ability, heat insulation from the outside, defense against bacteria invasion, non-toxic to human body, excellent mechanical properties, economics and the like.
For example, as described above, a dressing material which protects the wound from external stimuli and prevents water loss of the wound when the skin is injured includes a gauze dressing material and a hydrophilic polyurethane foam dressing material. Conventional gauze dressings are easy to absorb the wound secretion but have no protection against bacterial infections, keep the wound dry and delay treatment, and the dressing material adheres to the wound surface, making it difficult to remove. There is a problem. Especially in the early stages of wound healing, there are many exudates, so there is a disadvantage that dressing should be changed several times a day.
In the conventional medical dressing described above, in order to adhere the dressing to the wound site, a separate binding compression bandage or an auxiliary tape for attaching the dressing to the skin was used.
In this case, the dressing is located near the affected part, and then the pressure bandage is released to maintain the appropriate pressure to tie the dressing to complete the application of the dressing. . In particular, when used in the emergency room of the hospital, a certain amount of time is required for attachment, which may cause a lack of proper response in an emergency situation.
In addition, when the dressing in the compressed state is removed after a certain period of time, the newly raised portion of the wound is also removed along with the dressing, thereby removing the wound.
The present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, by attaching an adhesive having a through-hole formed on one side of the foam in contact with the affected part of the skin, and by attaching a release paper on the upper side of the adhesive, only peeling in use It is an object of the present invention to provide an easy-to-use disposable medical dressing, in which the adhesion is completed by pressing the exposed adhesive side against the skin of the wound after removal.
Disposable medical dressing of the present invention for achieving the above object is a foam that absorbs the exudates of the wound in contact with the wound and its vicinity of the skin, and the foam is applied on one side of the foam in contact with the wound And an adhesive providing adhesion to the skin directly, a release paper attached to the upper side of the adhesive, and a surface portion formed on the other side of the foam that is not in contact with the wound.
The adhesive is a fabric coated with an adhesive material on both sides, it is preferable that a plurality of through-holes are formed on the inside to expose the bottom of the foam to the top.
In addition, the adhesive is preferably provided to have a function of absorbing the exudates of the wound itself.
Hydrocolloids may also be used as the adhesive.
Preferably, the surface portion is formed of polyurethane.
The present invention configured as described above, by adhering an adhesive having a through-hole formed on one side of the foam in direct contact with the wound area of the skin and attaching the release paper on the upper side thereof, allows the foam to directly contact the skin of the wound by removing the release paper. It is easy to use and has an effect.
In addition, the adhesive attached to one side of the foam is a hydrocolloid, which serves to directly adhere the foam to the skin, and also has a function of absorbing the exudates generated in the affected areas, thereby absorbing the inherent function of the foam. Unlimited effect.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings based on the detailed description of the disposable medical dressing of the present invention.
1 is a view showing a part of the release paper separated from the foam in the disposable medical dressing structure according to the present invention, Figure 2 is a view showing a side structure of the disposable medical dressing of the present invention.
The disposable medical dressing of the present invention is easy to adhere to, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, a
In the above-described configuration, the
The
The
Moreover, the said
Thus, the
In view of the foregoing, as described above, a plurality of through
At this time, the size of the
For reference, the
On the other hand, since both the
The
The
3 and 4 are a plan view and a bottom view of the disposable medical dressing of the present invention, wherein the
Furthermore, as in the conventional dressing, since a constant pressing force is not applied to the wound site, the dressing can be easily removed without damaging the wound site after a certain period of time.
