Description

Bird-Repellent Product and Method for Manufacturing the Same

The present invention relates to a product for bird control and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, it is possible to eliminate birds by simply hanging or placing in a place requiring no bird spray or simply spraying or application is necessary for bird control. The present invention relates to a product for combating algae and a method of manufacturing the same, which is simple and has a long lasting effect.

In recent years, sparrows, magpies, pigeons and pheasants have been endlessly damaging crops from the planting season to the harvesting season, and the area of crop damage by birds is estimated to be up to 35%. In addition, damage caused by birds has also occurred in urban areas. For example, the desolation of parks and dwellings caused by pigeon droppings.

In order to prevent the damage caused by such algae, various methods of combating algae have been tried. For example, a method using an acoustic or ultrasonic wave, a method of installing a net, a method of killing / capturing by a gun or the like has been typically used.

However, in the case of the method using the sound, etc., the birds are no longer afraid after a certain period of time, and the method of installing the net is expensive and there is a risk of loss due to typhoons and strong winds. There was a limit to no bird reaction due to repeated use and almost human reside.

On the other hand, after it is found that algae avoids methyl anthranilate, an aqueous solution obtained by diluting the methyl anthranilate solution with an emulsifier is used for combating algae. For example, Korean Patent Registration No. 441419 (Invention: Algae Fighting Composition Using Non-fatal Chemicals) is an algae combating composition containing methyl anthranilate as a main ingredient and a surfactant and an emulsifier as a minor ingredient. It is described.

However, such methyl anthranilate aqueous solution has the following problems.

First, according to the prior art, there is an inconvenience in that the aqueous solution of methyl anthranilate must be sprayed directly onto fruit or crops. In addition, the inconvenience of having to apply a composition containing methyl anthranilate in a place where birds can sit in the park or residential space.

Second, the sprayed or applied methyl anthranilate aqueous solution is decomposed by ultraviolet rays, so that the duration does not exceed 10 days.

Third, according to the prior art, even when initially using a high concentration of aqueous solution to increase the duration of the aqueous methyl anthranilate solution or to exert a stronger effect, the content of the methyl anthranilate stock solution is 1%. If exceeded, the surface of the fruit or crops burned black, there is a fatal problem that can not use a high concentration of aqueous solution.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a bird fighting product that is easy to work on birds and long lasting.

It is also an object of the present invention to provide a product for combating birds that is easy to manufacture.

It is also an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a product for combating birds.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a product for combating algae, wherein methyl anthranilate is absorbed and formed in a molding made of a polyurethane resin.

The present invention provides a product for combating algae, wherein methyl anthranilate is absorbed and formed in a molding formed of a mixture comprising a polyurethane resin.

In the above, the molding may be in the form of beads or pellets, it is preferred that the molding is wrapped in a plurality of breathable bags or packaging material.

In addition, in the above, the molding may be in the form of a hollow bag, the methyl anthranilate may be absorbed into the bag.

In addition, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a molded article formed of a polyurethane resin or a mixture comprising a polyurethane resin, and a product for combating algae comprising absorbing methyl anthranilate in the molding It provides a method of manufacturing.

In the above, the molding may be in the form of beads or pellets, the manufacturing method of the present invention may further comprise the step of wrapping the plurality of the molding in a breathable bag or packaging material.

In addition, the molding may be in the form of a hollow bag, and the methyl anthranilate may be absorbed into the bag.

The algae control product of the present invention can be manufactured by a simple method of absorbing methyl anthranilate, which is an algae control agent, in a polyurethane resin molding, and is also placed in a place where algae control is required without spraying or applying, or placed in a suitable manner. If only the bird fighting effect is exerted, it is easy to work on birds and has the advantage of long lasting effect. In addition, the product for combating birds of the present invention has the advantage that the composition of the product is simple and the manufacturing cost is low, as well as to reduce the secondary damage caused by spraying or application.

2 is a view showing a product for combating birds according to another embodiment of the present invention.

In the algae combat product according to the present invention, methyl anthranilate is formed by being absorbed into a polyurethane resin molding.

Methyl anthranilate used in the present invention is a kind of algae extinguishing agent, a compound having a structural formula of Formula 1 having a melting point of 24 ℃.

Figure pat00001

Methyl anthranilate is a Concord grape extract, a substance used as a food flavoring or fragrance additive with grape, orange and nerola oil.

However, since methyl anthranilate is formulated to include other substances such as surfactants for spraying and applying, there is a possibility that secondary damage by spraying or applying occurs, and this possibility is caused by methyl anthranyl in the spraying or coating liquid. The higher the rate, the higher will be. Therefore, the content of methyl anthranilate usually does not exceed 1% by weight in the algae composition that is generally sprayed or applied. Therefore, the sprayed or applied algae combatant composition does not have a long duration of the algae eradication effect, so frequent algae combat operations should be performed.

Accordingly, the present inventors endeavored to devise a bird eradication product which is simple, but has a long duration of bird eradication effect and is easy to manufacture.

The primary focus of the present inventors is to make the bird removal product in solid form, not in liquid form, so that the bird removal operation is simple and the duration of the bird removal effect is long. The algae elimination product in solid form has the additional advantage of being easier to handle than the liquid algae elimination product sprayed or applied. Solid form algae-removing products containing methyl anthranilate must be capable of releasing methyl anthranilate at an appropriate rate in order to function as algae control and must be sufficiently durable in outdoor conditions.

In order to find such a condition, when the water was added to the liquid methyl anthranilate in a breathable bag that does not leak water, it was confirmed that the methyl anthranilate leaks. It is assumed that the breathable bag is made of hydrophobic material and does not allow water to pass through, whereas the breathable bag is passed through methyl anthranilate due to the lipophilic property of the breathable bag. On the other hand, if the pores of the breathable bag are made smaller, it may be possible to find a condition for passing methyl anthranilate in the gas phase without passing liquid methyl anthranilate, but it is not easy to find such a condition as well. There is no guarantee that the breathable pouches will release methyl anthranilate at the proper rate.

The present inventors have tried to find a suitable material, and found that the polyurethane resin molding readily absorbs methyl anthranilate and sheds it slowly and at a suitable rate, and then applied it to a bird fighting product. It came. Among the materials other than the polyurethane resin moldings, there were some materials capable of absorbing methyl anthranilate, but the absorption and divergence capacity was found to be insufficient for the application for bird fighting. Accordingly, the present invention is based on the properties of methyl anthranilate of polyurethane resins.

The present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. However, it is not to be understood that the scope of the present invention is limited to those shown in the drawings because what is shown in the drawings corresponds to specific embodiments of the present invention.

1 is a view showing a bird fighting product according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the algae-removing product according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of breathable pouches or packaging materials 110 of a polyurethane resin molding 100 in the form of beads or pellets absorbing methyl anthranilate. It is wrapped in form. The shape of the molding here is not limited to the shape of the beads or pellets. In addition, the molded object does not need to be 100% of polyurethane resin, and polyurethane resin and another material may be mixed and shape | molded. The method of absorbing methyl anthranilate into a polyurethane resin molding in the form of beads can be achieved by simply mixing or mixing and heating liquid methyl anthranilate and polyurethane resin beads.

As a result of specific testing of several commercially available polyurethane resin moldings, the inventors found that the polyurethane resin molding generally increased its volume to three times its initial volume when maximally absorbed methyl anthranilate. These polyurethane resin moldings also slowly and steadily shed after absorbing methyl anthranilate, the strength of which was estimated to be usable for algae control.

Accordingly, the polyurethane resin moldings usable in the present invention preferably increase their volume by about 2 to 4 times the initial volume when the methyl anthranilate is absorbed to the maximum. Such polyurethane resin moldings not only have sufficient absorbing capacity for methyl anthranilate, but also have the ability to dissipate them, and are suitable for application to algae combating products. Anything is not particularly limited.

The weight ratio of the methyl anthranilate and the polyurethane resin molding used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the polyurethane resin molding satisfies the above conditions, but the maximum amount of methyl anthranilate for economic reasons and to increase the emission duration. It is preferable to construct the product close to the absorption amount, and to absorb at least 1% or more of methyl anthranilate by weight of the polyurethane resin molding.

1 is a product for combating birds according to an embodiment of the present invention as shown in Figure 1 can be eliminated birds in a place that requires birds, for example, simply by hanging on crops or fruit trees, parks and residential spaces The bird can be eliminated by just placing it in the place where the bird sits.

Therefore, the product for combating algae according to the present invention does not require the trouble of spraying an aqueous solution directly on crops or fruit trees, and there is no secondary damage caused by spraying the composition for combating algae on crops or fruit trees. It can be used at any time regardless of climate, and has the advantage that the effects of bird fighting are continuous. In addition, the bird fighting product according to the present invention has the additional advantage that the manufacturing method is simple.

2 is a view showing a product for combating birds according to another embodiment of the present invention. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the product for combating algae according to another embodiment of the present invention is formed by absorbing methyl anthranilate 300 in a breathable polyurethane resin molding in the form of a bag. In order to manufacture this type of product, a suitable amount of methyl anthranilate 300 may be poured into the polyurethane resin bag 200. The polyurethane resin bag then absorbs methyl anthranilate and expands its volume.

Figure 2 shows that the inner surface 220 of the polyurethane resin bag after absorbing methyl anthranilate is expanded relative to the outer surface of the bag after the inner surface 210 of the polyurethane resin bag absorbs methyl anthranilate. Shows that Figure 2 also shows a state in which excess methyl anthranilate remains in the bag after maximal absorption of methyl anthranilate, which is responsible for the release of methyl anthranilate from the outer surface of the bag. When absorbed into the inner surface of the pouch in proportion to its amount. Thus, the algae-removing product of FIG. 2 may contain extra methyl anthranilate in the polyurethane resin bag unless its handling is particularly inconvenient.

On the other hand, although not shown in the figure, it is also possible to produce a product for combating algae by absorbing methyl anthranilate in a polyurethane resin molded product in the form of a film, stick, bar or the like. The product in the form of a film can be applied by simply attaching it without applying, replacing the product for removing birds, which is applied to an installation or a place of a building that can be used at the time of use of birds, thereby providing convenience for use. As can be seen by this further example, it will be appreciated that the examples presented in the figures are merely embodiments of the invention and there may be various variations equivalent to these. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited by the specific embodiments presented, but should be construed by the claims set forth below.

100: molded polyurethane resin in the form of beads absorbed methyl anthranilate
110: breathable pouch or packing material
200: Polyurethane resin pouch which absorbed methyl anthranilate
210: Inside pocket inside before absorbing methyl anthranilate
