Description
The present invention relates to a sleeve cover for insulated wire, and more particularly, to a sleeve cover for insulated wire that is firmly fixed to the stripping surface of the insulated wire.
In general, the high-pressure or extra-high voltage overhead line is insulated from the line, and is formed of an insulated wire to prevent foreign substances such as moisture from penetrating. At this time, the insulated wire as described above may be peeled off for construction for maintenance of the overhead line. For example, in places where power failure is impossible, some cable lines of the uninterruptible transformer train may be connected to the overhead line by removing part of the overhead line, and some overhead lines may be removed to connect the bypass cable.
However, when the insulated wire is stripped as described above, there is a problem that the stripped surface is exposed to the outside and thus there is a great risk of electric shock and various safety accidents. Conventionally, a method using a self fusion tape, etc. has been devised to solve such a problem. However, the self fusion tape has a weak adhesive strength with time, and thus it is not firmly fixed to the peeling surface, and has insufficient insulation performance. There was this.
The present invention is to provide a sleeve cover for an insulated wire excellent in insulation performance while being firmly fixed to the stripping surface of the insulated wire.
According to an aspect of the present invention, the insulated wire lead portion is provided on both sides so that the insulated wire passes through the inner side, and the sleeve body portion formed so that one side is separable so as to be covered on the stripping surface of the insulated wire, and the inner side of the sleeve body portion Is provided in, and may be provided in close contact with the stripping surface of the insulated wire sleeve cover for an insulated wire including a departure prevention portion for fixing the sleeve body to the stripping surface of the insulated wire.
In this case, the sleeve cover may be formed of at least one of a polyethylene mixture and a synthetic rubber mixture.
In addition, the sleeve cover, at least one branch hole may be formed on one side.
On the other hand, the separation prevention portion, ethylene propylene synthetic rubber (Ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) may be formed of a material.
The release preventing part may include a first release preventing part provided on one side of the sleeve body part and a second departure preventing part provided on the other side of the sleeve body part so as to correspond to the first departure preventing part, The separation prevention unit and the second separation prevention unit may be formed to form a hollow cylinder.
In addition, the separation prevention portion, a plurality of separation prevention projections may be formed in a portion in close contact with the peeling surface of the insulated wire.
At this time, the separation prevention portion, it may be formed in a hemispherical (半球形).
Embodiments of the present invention have a detachment prevention part in close contact with the stripping surface of the insulated wire, the sleeve body portion can be firmly fixed to the stripping surface of the insulated wire. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an electric shock accident due to the exposed surface of the insulated wire to the outside.
In addition, the embodiments of the present invention double insulation to the stripping surface of the insulated wire through the separation prevention portion and the sleeve body portion in close contact with the stripping surface of the insulated wire. Therefore, the insulation performance is very good.
