상면(31a)에 상기 체결블록(20)과 상기 잠금걸림부(32)가 고정되는 몸체판(31)과, 상기 몸체판(31)의 하면에 돌출형성되어 상대물에 삽입, 고정되는 후크부(35)로 구성된 고정지지부(30);를 포함하여 구성되되,
