Abstract

본 고안은 옹벽 등의 지하 콘크리트 구조물의 배면(흙과 접하는 면)에 설치하는 배수판에 덧대는 보강된 부직포에 관한 것으로, 흙 속의 침출수가 잘 빠지도록 콘크리트 구조물에 설치하는 배수판의 돌기 사이로 침출수만 흐르도록 투수성 부직포를 배수판의 돌기위에 덧대어 흙은 걸러주고 침출수만 통과하도록 한 것으로서, 흙의 무게에 눌려 부직포가 늘어나거나 찢겨져서 돌기 사이를 막아 침출수의 흐름을 방해하지 못하도록 일반 투수성 부직포에 인장강도가 뛰어난 고강도 폴리에스터 등의 단독 혹은 혼합된 합성섬유사나 유리섬유 등의 천연섬유사를 격자나 능형망 형태로 직조하여 만든 그물망을 열융착 혹은 재봉질로 합지하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 본 고안의 보강된 부직포 부착식 배수판을 설치하면, 고강도 폴리에스터 등의 단독 혹은 혼합된 합성섬유사나 유리섬유 등의 천연섬유사 등이 갖는 특성으로 인하여 인강강도가 높아져 토압으로 인한 처짐에 저항하여 배수판 돌기 사이의 배수 공간을 충분히 확보함으로써, 배수가 잘되어 구조물의 누수를 방지하여 구조물의 내구성을 높이고, 수압에 의한 토압의 증가를 막아 구조물의 전도를 막아주는 효과가 있다.
