Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mechanical pencil containing a sharp pencil and a sharp core used therein among writing instruments.
In the prior art, the sharp shim in the sharp shim barrel is taken out of the sharp shim barrel, and the sharp shim is filled by opening the cap of the sharp pencil and inserting the taken out shim.
The prior art has the hassle of removing the sharp shim from the sharp shim barrel and opening the sharp pencil lid again when filling the sharp shim in the sharp pencil. It can also break when the sharps are pulled out. The present invention is to reduce the inconvenience and sharpen the risk of breaking the sharp seam.
Attach the protruding opening to the outer part of the sharp shim from the sharp shim barrel, and attach the concave and perforated lid to the sharp pencil to enter the protruding opening of the sharp shim barrel. After attaching a button that can be pushed to each of the sharp shim passing sharp pencils, and pressing this button, a block is opened inside the sharp shim passing sharp pencil so that the sharp shim cannot escape, and when the convex part of the sharp shim and the concave part of the sharp pencil are connected, Sharp can pass through at once and use gravity to drop it to charge the Sharp Pencil. Each button is connected to an internal spring, which is designed to close the lid on its own when the button is released.
Unlike the prior art, it is possible to save time and reduce the hassle in that the sharp shim can be charged in the pencil without removing the sharp shim separately. It also eliminates the risk of sharpness coming out and breaking.
1 is a side view of a sharp pencil with a concave hole in the lid
Figure 2 is a front view of a sharp seam barrel with a protruding inlet
A button attached to the side of the sharp shim passing mechanical pencil after connecting the protruding opening of the sharp shim container containing the sharp shim (1 in Fig. 2) and the concave lid of the sharp pencil (1 in Fig. 1) (2 in Fig. 1, drawing) 2) 2) at the same time, while pressing and tilting the sharp shim barrel with the sharp pencil down, the sharp shim passes through the perforated plate (3 in Fig. 2) inside the sharp shim barrel and the protruding inlet of the sharp shim barrel (Fig. After exiting 1), it passes through the concave and centered lid of the pencil (1 in Fig. 2) and passes through the disc (3 in Fig. 1) with a hole inside the mechanical pencil to enter the tube inside the pencil. It is filled inside the sharp pencil. When the button is released, the button is pushed back to its original position by the spring force inside the sharp pencil and the sharp shim barrel. In the pencil, the inner spring is connected to a small plate (4 in Fig. 1) and a button (2 in Fig. 1) is connected to the opposite side. In addition, in the sharp core cylinder, an internal spring (4 in Fig. 2) is connected to a perforated plate (3 in Fig. 2), and a button (2 in Fig. 2) is connected to the opposite side thereof. This causes the plate drilled in the sharps barrel (3 in Figure 2) to move to the side, preventing the sharps from escaping outward. In the sharp pencil, a small plate (4 in Fig. 1) attached above or below a perforated plate (3 in Fig. 1) moves to the side to prevent the sharp core from coming out.

Claims (12)
Head part (7 in Fig. 1) connected to the end of the body part,
A tube (5 in Fig. 1) for storing sharp shims inside the body
In the mechanical pencil with a lid on the other end of the body part,
Sharp pencil which features a small hole in the middle of the upper part of the lid for easy insertion of sharp seams
In the sharp shim cylinder with a button (2 in Fig. 2) that pushes out the sharp shim when pressed on the outer side of the body part,
Sharp shim barrels, characterized by a protruding shape (1 in Fig. 2) on the surface where the sharp shim of the sharp shim comes out, allowing the sharp shim to exit and easily enter the sharp pencil.
Sharp pencil, characterized in that the upper part of the lid is concavely dug (1 in Fig. 1) so that it can be connected with the protruding inlet (1 in Fig. 2) of Claim 2 to insert a sharp shim.
A plate with a hole inside the lid (3 in Figure 1)
Above and below a small plate (4 in Figure 1)
A spring attached to the wall and attached to a small plate
On the other side, there is a button (2 in Fig. 1) that is connected to the small plate and can be pressed from the outside. When the button is pressed, the small plate moves to the side, creating a passage through the inner tube when the sharp shim is inserted through the hole in the lid. Sharp pencil, characterized in that the small plate (4 in Fig. 1) returns to its place by the spring force of the spring and closes the center hole of the perforated plate (3 in Fig. 1) to prevent passage of the sharp core.
Sharp pencil, characterized in that the upper part of the lid is concavely dug (1 in Fig. 1) so that it can be connected with the protruding inlet (1 in Fig. 2) of Claim 2 to insert a sharp shim.
A small eraser is included inside the lid so that you can use the eraser when you open the lid.
Sharp pencil, characterized in that the sharp shim can pass through without opening the lid by opening a hole through the center of the eraser
A small eraser is included inside the lid so that you can use the eraser when you open the lid.
Sharp pencil, characterized in that the sharp shim can pass through without opening the lid by opening a hole through the center of the eraser
Sharp pencil with holder to hold the pencil at the end of the body
A spring suspended from the body perpendicular to the side (4 in Fig. 2) and
Plate with holes connected to the spring (3 in Figure 2) and
The button with the hole (2 in Fig. 2) on the outside of the body,
When the button is pressed, the sharp shim can come out through the hole of the plate with holes, but when the button is not pressed, the plate with the hole moves to the side by the spring's elastic force, which blocks the passage where the sharp seam can come out and keeps the sharp seam out. Characteristic sharp seam barrel
Inside the body, there is a concave hole under the plate with spring and hole, which has a concave hole parallel to the base and connected to the inlet where the sharp seam comes out so that the sharp seam can come out. Sharp seam characterized by distinguishing
