Claims (2)
- 전기부품의 제어를 위해 설치된 모든 제어용트랜지스터를 OFF 한 상태에서 전기 제품에 제어 전원을 인가하는 전원선에 설치된 진단용트랜지스터를 ON 하여 전원선에 설치된 콘덴서에 전하를 충전하는 단계와;
상기 제어용트랜지스터와 진단용트랜지스터를 모두 OFF 한 상태에서 상기 전원선에 연결된 전압검출부를 이용해 초기전압의 변화를 측정하는 단계와;
상기 제어용트랜지스터를 ON 하고 진단용트랜지스터를 OFF 한 상태에서 콘덴서에 충전된 전하를 일정량 소비하여 전압 강하가 일어나도록 하는 단계와;
상기 제어용트랜지스터와 진단용트랜지스터를 모두 OFF 한 상태에서 상기 전원선에 연결된 전압검출부를 이용해 최종전압의 변화를 검출하는 단계가 순차적으로 구성되는 전기부품에 대한 절연 상태 및 성능예측 진단 방법.
- 전기부품에 제어 전원을 인가하는 전원선의 단락을 검출하기 위한 진단용트랜지스터와;
상기 전원선에 절연파괴가 발생한 경우에 상기 진단용트랜지스터를 보호하기 위한 저항과;
상기 진단용트랜지스터를 통해 공급된 후 상기 저항을 통과한 전하를 충전하는 콘덴서와;
상기 진단용트랜지스터와 콘덴서와 저항을 전원선에 연결하기 위한 연결선과;
상기 콘덴서와 연결선의 전압 변화를 검출하기 위한 전압검출부로 구성되는 전기부품에 대한 절연 상태 및 성능예측 진단 장치.
