Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a water treatment apparatus for the purification of sewage and gray water containing hardly decomposable harmful substances and a water treatment method using the same, and specifically, to fight hardly decomposable harmful substances detected in water resources (water, sewage, groundwater, etc.). The present invention relates to an apparatus for decomposing water by chemical treatment and a water treatment method for purifying sewage and gray water containing hardly decomposable harmful substances using the same.
Conventional water and sewage treatment technologies are mainly biological treatment methods. However, antibiotics, environmental hormones, and endocrine barriers, which are recently being issued, are difficult to decompose, and are not completely removed by conventional biological treatment methods using activated sludge method, membrane, activated carbon, and flocculant. Therefore, the sewage containing such hardly decomposable harmful substances is being leaked to the surrounding environment with little hardly decomposable harmful substances removed. Antibiotic-resistant pathogens are being expressed due to the leakage of hardly degradable harmful substances and disturbances of deformed fish or ecosystems are occurring, and development of technology to prevent this is very urgent.
On the other hand, the existing heavy water treatment is a method of treating all the sewage generated in the home or building, which takes a long treatment time and a lot of installation cost, there was a problem that the treatment process is complicated and not easy to maintain, and solves these problems It is also very urgent.
The present invention was developed to overcome the problems and disadvantages of the prior art as described above, specifically, in the treatment of water, antibiotics and environmental hormones, endocrine-resistant obstacles, etc. contained in the raw water to be treated, such as difficult to decompose harmful substances The aim is to be able to remove them efficiently and completely.
In addition, the present invention is a kind of raw water that is subject to water treatment, surfactants, suspended solids contained in a lot of discharge water (gray water / graywater) except the sewage discharged from the toilet among the discharge water generated from a controlled space such as buildings or apartments And to make it possible to effectively remove particulate matter.
In the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, in the main body in which the internal space is formed, a UV irradiation device for irradiating ultraviolet rays, a nozzle for spraying raw water, a titanium screen plated with titanium, and naturally dripping down The storage tank where the primary treated water is collected is sequentially provided from above, and the TiO 2 produced by the contact of titanium and ultraviolet irradiation is used to decompose and decompose the hardly decomposable harmful substances contained in the raw water, A titanium-UV reactor in which a decomposition process is performed; It consists of a water tank supplied with the primary treated water treated in the titanium-UV reaction tank, ozone and hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) is supplied into the tank to react with the primary treated water and remain in the primary treated water. It has a structure including a highly oxidizing tank that decomposes decomposable harmful substances, disinfects and removes odors and color causing substances, and decomposes the surface active substances remaining in the primary treatment water. A water treatment apparatus is provided, and a water treatment method by such a water treatment apparatus is provided.
According to the present invention, it is possible to remove most of the non-degradable harmful substances that are not removed by existing water purification and sewage treatment technologies, thereby minimizing ecosystem disturbances caused by the natural discharge of the non-degradable harmful substances and treating water The effect that can dramatically improve the water quality is exerted.
In the conventional biological water treatment method, if the pollutant load, quantity, water temperature, etc. change rapidly, the microorganisms may be killed and the water treatment may not be performed smoothly, but in the present invention, the water treatment is performed by a physicochemical process. Even if the same pollution load, quantity, etc. change, the rate of injection of raw water from the nozzle, the exposure time, and the speed of progress to the next step can be properly adjusted to prevent the deterioration of water treatment performance and efficiency. Because of the process, the change in water temperature does not affect the water treatment performance and efficiency.
In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a sterilization and odor removing effect, it is possible to improve the treatment water quality of the gray water and minimize the treatment time.
In addition, according to the present invention, it is made of a simple structure can significantly reduce the space occupied by the water treatment device, thereby installing the device in a small space, there is an advantage that the water treatment efficiency is excellent. In particular, the water treatment apparatus according to the present invention is easy to maintain, and because it does not use a chemical for water treatment, it is possible to reduce the cost of using the chemical, and excellent economical efficiency.
Under the
Since the primary treated water flowing in the condensed oil flow method and passing through the
In the titanium-
The sterilization and residual hardly decomposable hazardous substances in the advanced
In the present invention, the advanced
As shown in the figure, the primary treatment water treated by the decomposition and weakening of the hardly decomposable harmful substances in the titanium-
Since ozone and hydrogen peroxide are supplied to the advanced
Meanwhile, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the
By arranging the
The
As described above, in the present invention, the decomposition of the hardly decomposable harmful substances by UV irradiation and the passage of the
In addition, in the present invention, the time required for the treatment water to stay in each step is shortened compared to the biological treatment step, so that the time required for the overall sewage treatment is shortened.
In particular, in the prior art by biological treatment, if the pollutant load, quantity, water temperature, etc. changes rapidly, the microorganisms may be killed and the water treatment may not be performed smoothly, but in the present invention, the water treatment is performed by a physicochemical process. Therefore, even if the pollutant load, quantity, etc. are changed as described above, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of water treatment performance and efficiency by appropriately adjusting the speed at which the raw water is injected from the nozzle, the exposure time, and the progression speed to subsequent steps. As a chemical process, water treatment performance and efficiency are hardly affected by changes in water temperature. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently perform the water treatment so that a certain degree of target water quality can be achieved without large ups and downs despite the change of various external factors.
Furthermore, the water treatment apparatus according to the present invention can automate and network all the processes very easily, and according to such automation and networking, there is no need for the personnel required for the management of the water treatment apparatus to reside, and the water treatment apparatus with a minimum number of persons. Because of this, the cost required for the operation, management and maintenance of the water treatment device can be greatly reduced.
