Abstract
The present invention relates to a genuine product activation system, by authenticating the genuine code for a product by changing the genuine code if legitimate and, if not just by providing the user with the possibility of counterfeit or counterfeit goods, It is possible to prevent duplication of code and to prevent counterfeit purchases that are not intended by the user.
Description
The present invention relates to a genuine product certification technology, and more particularly, to a technology for checking the authenticity of a product using a radio frequency identification (RFID) technology.
In general, such as famous brands, antiques or expensive alcohol, there are many fake products (fakes) with similar appearance but completely different components, or counterfeits that are similar in appearance and composition.
Because these products are so precisely counterfeited that their appearance is almost identical to that of a genuine product, it is sometimes difficult to identify even the expert of the manufacturer of the genuine product.
In particular, manufacturers spend a lot of money on advertising and store management in order to increase sales of genuine products, while counterfeit goods are usually copied to poor quality products from unauthorized places. Can also cause a lot of damage.
In order to solve these problems, specific identification means such as holograms are added, but it is almost impossible for a distributor or a consumer to distinguish them.
In addition, in recent years, even a well-known retailer is a counterfeit situation, which can be immorally handled by the retailer, but there are a lot of accidents caused by not actually identifying the counterfeit.
This is all because there is no way to accurately verify authenticity, and flooding of counterfeit goods can cause huge losses for manufacturers, distributors and consumers, especially for crimes that shake up the national economy, such as tax evasion. There is a possibility.
In order to prevent this, the RFID tag that stores the genuine code information is attached to the genuine product at the time of manufacture, and the genuine code information is built into the database, and the retail code information stored in the RFID tag and the genuine code information built into the database are distributed. By comparison, a technique for verifying authenticity has been proposed. This technology makes it easy to verify authenticity and increases reliability for genuine products to manufacturers, distributors and consumers.
However, counterfeit goods manufacturers are replicating genuine code information stored in the RFID tag, and attached to the counterfeit RFID tag with the genuine code information is distributed. Therefore, by simply comparing the genuine code information stored in the RFID and the genuine code information built in the database to verify the authenticity can not accurately identify the counterfeit, it can damage all manufacturers, distributors and consumers.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art, to provide a genuine product activation system to prevent the duplication of genuine code by changing the genuine code when legitimate upon request for certification of the product for the product The purpose.
Activation server according to an aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object, a genuine code database for storing a plurality of genuine product code information; and the result of performing the authentication according to the activation request of the product from the genuine verification device, political party And a genuine authenticator for changing the genuine code of the corresponding product stored in the genuine code database and transmitting the genuine code of the corresponding product.
The plurality of product-specific genuine code information may include at least one genuine code according to a genuine code change of the genuine certification unit.
The genuine certification unit compares the genuine activation code received according to the activation request with the last modified genuine code of the corresponding product stored in the genuine code database, and generates a new genuine code and transmits it to the genuine verification device. The last modified genuine code can be changed to the new genuine code, and if there is a mismatch, the counterfeit warning information can be generated and transmitted to the genuine verification device.
In accordance with another aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object is a genuine device, Keypad; RFID communication unit; A reading unit for reading a genuine code in a memory of a radio-frequency identification tag attached to a product through the RFID communication unit according to the activation request signal received from the keypad; A communication control unit connected to a network to which an activation server is connected, requesting activation by transmitting the read genuine code to the activation server and receiving a new genuine code from the activation server or receiving counterfeit warning information; A recording unit for changing and recording the genuine code in the memory into the received new genuine code through the RFID communication unit; And an output unit for outputting the received counterfeit warning information.
In accordance with another aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object, the genuine verification device, when the connection of the RFID reader is detected or the activation request, reading the genuine code in the memory of the RFID tag attached to the product to the RFID reader Terminal for requesting activation by sending the received and received genuine code to the activation server, and transmits a new genuine code received from the activation server to the RFID reader or output counterfeit warning information received from the activation server And an RFID reader that reads the genuine code in the memory and transmits the genuine code in the memory to the terminal according to a request for reading the genuine code, and changes the genuine code in the memory into a new genuine code received from the terminal.
An activation system according to another aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object, the RFID tag having a read / writeable memory, the product stores a genuine code of the product in the memory; Read the genuine code in the memory to request activation of the product to the activation server, the new genuine code received as a result of the activation of the activation server overwrite the genuine code in the memory or received from the activation server Genuine confirmation device for outputting the fake information warning information; And comparing and comparing the activation code received according to the activation request with the last modified genuine code of the previously stored corresponding product, generating a new genuine code and transmitting it to the genuine verification device and finally changing the previously stored corresponding product. If the genuine code is changed to the new genuine code and does not match, it includes an activation server for generating counterfeit warning information and transmitting to the genuine verification device.
As described above, according to an embodiment of the present invention, by making a request for the authentication of the genuine product code for the product by changing the genuine code if the legitimate and if not, by providing the user with the possibility of counterfeit or counterfeit goods, It is possible to prevent the duplication of the genuine code by, and to prevent the counterfeit purchases that the user does not intend.
