Abstract

PURPOSE: A press apparatus is provided to improve the management efficiency thereof by simultaneously pressing different kinds of substrates having difference pressing conditions. CONSTITUTION: A press apparatus comprises a support barrier(115) and first and second pressing units(120,130). The support barrier supports substrates(10,20) on both sides thereof. The first pressing unit presses the substrate, placed on one side of the support barrier, toward the support barrier. The second pressing unit presses the substrate, placed on the other side of the support barrier, toward the support barrier.
