Abstract

종래 기어펌프 및 밴펌프는 마찰력에 의하여 마모성이 많으므로 수명이 짧고 펌핑하는 양이 적은것을 본 발명은 편심된 회전축을 따라 피스톤이 회전하면서 왕복운동하게 함으로서 수평면과 수평면이 미크러지므로 마모성이 적으며 피스톤의 왕복운동으로 인하여 펌핑양을 최대화 한 것이다.

본 발명은 편심된 사각축을 회전하여 피스톤을 회전하며 왕복운동하게 하는 펌프에 관한 것이다.
종래 밴펌프는 편심된 축의 회전에 의하여 밴(날개)을 왕복운동하게 하여 펌핑 하므로서 밴(날개)의 마모성이 많으며 펌핑하는 양이 적은것을 본 발명에 의하여 이를 해결한 것이다.
종래 기어펌프 및 밴펌프는 마찰력에 의하여 마모성이 많으므로 수명이 짧고 펌핑하는 양이 적은 문제점을 보안 하였다.
본 발명은 편심된 회전축을 따라 피스톤이 회전하면서 왕복운동하게 함으로서 수평면과 수평면의 미크러지므로 마모성이 적으며 피스톤의 왕복운동으로 인하여 펌핑양을 최대화 한 것이다.
펌핑양이 향상되고 마모성이 적으므로 반 영구적이며 기능이 간단하여 생산비가 절감되므로 특별한 장점을 지닌 것이다.
회전하는 실린더 내부에 피스톤을 왕복운동하게 삽입하고 피스톤 측면 중심부를 직사각형으로 절개하여 편심된 사각형회전축을 조합하여 편심된 사각축을 회전하면 피스톤은 회전축을 따라 회전하면서 회전하는 실린더 내부에서 왕복운동하게 되므로서 펌핑되게 한 것이다.
자동차, 선박 또는 각종 기계산업 분야에 유용하다.

Claims (1)

  1. 회전하는 실린더 내부에 피스톤을 왕복운동하게 삽입하고 피스톤 측면 중심부를 직사각형으로 절개하여 편심된 사각형회전축을 조합하여 편심된 사각축을 회전하면 피스톤은 회전축을 따라 회전하면서 회전하는 실린더 내부에서 왕복운동하게 되므로서 펌핑되게 하는 방법.
