Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) sponge, and more particularly to a method for preparing a co-insertion type PVA sponge having a PVA film.
PVA sponge is a porous material with continuous open-cell structure. It has strong absorbency, weather resistance, durability, and chemical resistance, and is easy to adjust pores and specifications. Excellent performance, such as no coating.
Due to this performance, PVA sponges are favored in many fields such as medical, industrial, sports, automotive, and pet dogs. Also, due to the minimization of skin irritation, PVA sponges can be used in various colors, from industrial products to general household goods and advanced materials, depending on the purpose of use. It is used in many fields in the form.
In particular, the soft PVA sponge is effective when used in medical applications such as plastic surgery, surgical surgery and medical surgery. During or after surgery, it can relieve the pain of the patients, and also helps a lot during the surgery and recovery. PVA sponges for medical use have been used for packing in cavities such as the nasal cavity and ears, ie to block the cavity in the body. At this time, the materials of the wound care articles for this packing require a high absorption rate and should be able to easily remove the packing from the patient without pain or traumatic symptoms.
However, conventional PVA sponges have a PVA sponge stuck to the surface of the skin tissue, which is difficult to remove the packing. That is, in the porous PVA sponge, blood and exudate, which is crushed by surgical treatment or trauma, seep into the surface of the skin tissue, and the coagulated blood and exudate form a mechanical bond in the sponge pores. When removing the PVA sponge adheres to the surface of the skin tissue by this binding.
As one of methods for solving such a phenomenon, a method of applying a lubricating gel, cream, and ointment to the packing surface and then inserting it jointly is used. However, it does not prove a great effect with respect to the property of absorbing blood or exudate to the packing material or the adhesion property between the skin tissue and the sponge, and there is still a problem of causing pain.
The present invention has been proposed to solve the above problems of the proposed methods, while reducing the necrosis of the tissue that may be caused by the coagulation of the sponge and wound area, while absorbing the blood better, even after using the sponge It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing an intracorporeal co-inserted PVA sponge having a PVA film so that the sponge can be removed without pain of the patient.
Method for producing a cavity-insertable PVA sponge having a PVA film according to the characteristics of the present invention for achieving the above object,

Preferably, the PVA film,
Top and bottom surfaces of the PVA sponge may be formed only on the side of the PVA sponge to be exposed to the outside.

The method may further include compressing the PVA sponge.
The PVA sponge for intracorporeal co-insertion prepared according to the method for producing a PVA sponge having a PVA film, which is proposed in the present invention, reduces blood necrosis of the tissue which may be caused by coagulation at the wound site, and at the same time, blood is further increased. It can be absorbed well and the sponge can be removed without pain of the patient even after using the sponge.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a view showing a PVA sponge having a PVA film formed on its side according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the
Here, the
The
Moreover, the
2 is a view showing a PVA sponge having a PVA film formed on the top and bottom surfaces according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 2, both ends of the long axis direction is composed of a
Here, the
As such, the
3 is a view showing a PVA sponge in which a PVA film is formed only on a side surface of the cut sponge long axis according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the
Here, the cuboid-
As such, the
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a rounding process of four corners of a sponge from which both fixed areas are removed in FIG. 3. 4 shows four corners of the rectangular parallelepiped cut
Since the
5 is a view showing that the rounded PVA sponge of FIG. 4 is compressed. As shown in FIG. 5, the thickness of the
When the four corners of the
6 is a flowchart illustrating a PVA sponge manufacturing process in which the PVA film is formed according to FIGS. 1 and 2, and FIG. 7 is a flowchart of the PVA sponge manufacturing process in which the PVA film is formed according to FIG. 3. 6 and 7, a process of manufacturing the
Forming the
According to the manufacturing method shown in Figure 6, it is possible to manufacture a PVA sponge in which the PVA film is formed only on the side as shown in Figure 1 of the present invention. The sponge manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 6 includes a PVA sponge forming step (S100) and a PVA film forming step (S200), and may further include a PVA sponge compressing step. .
First, the step of forming a PVA sponge (S100) is made, let's briefly look at the
After forming the
Although not shown in FIG. 6, a step of drying the
In addition, according to the manufacturing method shown in Figure 6, it is also possible to manufacture a PVA sponge in which the PVA film is formed only on the upper and lower surfaces as shown in Figure 2 of the present invention. Even in this case, the sponge manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 6 is made of a PVA sponge forming step (S100) and a PVA film forming step (S200), and
In order to form the
Of course, after the
FIG. 7 illustrates a method of manufacturing a PVA sponge in which a PVA film is formed only at a portion except for a cut surface by removing a predetermined region on both sides as shown in FIG. 3. In order to form the
Next, by cutting the left
Thus, the
After the rounding process, a step (S700) of compressing the PVA sponge to a size advantageous to insert the
Meanwhile, although three embodiments have been described regarding the method of forming the
