Claims (13)
- 체, 상기 체의 상측에 위치하는 전등, 상기 체의 하측에 위치하는 트레이, 그리고 상기 체 및 트레이를 연결함으로써 체를 고정하는 연결부를 포함하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 체는 고정 설치되고, 체눈의 크기가 1 내지 2mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전등은 고정 설치되고, 체에서 100 내지 300mm 떨어져서 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전등은 백열등인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 트레이는 내부에 탈염소수를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family)는 프리데리아속(Fridericia genus)인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 장치.
- (1) 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family)가 포함된 토양 시료를 체에 담는 단계;(2) 상기 (1)단계의 체 상부에 위치한 전등이 체 내부의 토양 시료의 온도를 증가시키는 단계;(3) 상기 (1)단계의 토양 시료 내의 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family)가 체눈 근처로 이동하는 단계; 및(4) 상기 (3)단계의 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family)가 체에서 빠져나와 체 하부에 위치한 트레이 내부의 탈염소수로 이동하는 단계를 포함한 엔키트레이 과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 (1)단계의 토양 시료는 표토에서 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 표토는 지표면에서 1 내지 10 cm 깊이인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 (1)단계의 체는 고정 설치되고, 체눈의 크기가 1 내지 2mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 (2)단계의 전등은 체에서 100 내지 300mm 떨어져서 위치하는 것을 특징 으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 (2)단계의 전등은 백열등인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 방법.
- 제 7항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family)는 프리데리아속(Fridericia genus)인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔키트레이과(Enchytraeidae family) 추출 방법.
