Abstract
본 고안은 산업현장, 화학공단등에서 필히 착용해야 하는 보안고글에 관한 고안이다.
보 고안은 기존 안전 고글들이 일반적인 기후변화에서는 김 서림을 방지 할 수 있지만, 작업자들의 작업상황(긴장하거나 힘을 많이 써야 하는 경우에는 신체 온도가 상승하여 고글에 김이 서림)에서는 김서림을 막을 수가 없었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 바람이 부는 날에는 김이 서리지 않은 것어 착안하여 고글의 양관자놀이 부분에 주름형식의 에어 부로워를 부착하여 고글의 앞창을 향해있는 공기 분사노즐을 통해 공기를 분사하여 갑작스런 김서림을 방지하고 불필요하게 고글을 벗어 오염된 장갑,작업복으로 고글을 닦아 고글에 기스를 유발하는 것을 줄였다.
(과제해결수단)
고글은 통상 관자놀이 까지 창이 형성되있는 것이 일반적이다. 하여 관자놀이 부분에 소형의 에어부로워를 부착하고, 분사노즐을 고글 앞창으로 향하게 하여 김서림 발생시 에어 부로워를 누름으로써 공기를 주입 고글창의 온도를 떨어 뜨려 김이 서리는 것을 방지.
(효과)
기존의 환기창과 통기구만으로 작업자들 개개인의 신체온도변화에 의한 김서림을 방지 할수 없었지만,본 고안은 개개인의 신체 온도변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있으며 불 필요한 움직임을 줄일 수있으며 고글의 그긁힘을 방지.This invention is a design related to the security goggles that must be worn in industrial sites, chemical complexes.
