Abstract

The present invention relates to a device of protective glasses for preventing fog, which enables users to work in a fresh environment and to improve their work efficiency by preventing fog while working. In the present invention, the protective glasses comprises a main body having both lenses on both sides; supporting frames are symmetrically installed on the both sides of the main body to be folded by a hinge; and a device for preventing fog which is installed on the upper part of the protective glasses along with a lengthwise direction. Therefore, the device of the protective glasses has effects of improving work efficiency and enables users to work in a fresh environment by preventing fog on the lenses while working.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to an anti-

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a safety glass, and more particularly, to an anti-glare device for a safety glass that can prevent the safety glass from being stalled due to sweat during operation.

In general, various kinds of safety glasses 10 to be worn to protect the eyes during work have been known.

For example, a safety goggle 10 as shown in Fig. 1 is representative, and the contents are as follows.

As shown in the drawing, the conventional safety goggle 10 is composed of a main body 11 having lenses 11a on both sides thereof, and the support 13 is symmetrically provided on both sides of the main body 11. [

A hinge 12 is provided between the main body 11 and the support 13. The support 13 is folded by the hinge 12 so that it can be easily stored in a case not shown.

However, in the conventional safety goggle 10, the lens 11a is struck by perspiration during the operation and the worker can not look forward, so that the work efficiency is lowered.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the conventional problems as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to improve the work efficiency by preventing the lens of the safety goggle during the work.

Another object of the present invention is to prevent worker's lens from being shaken by a safety glass lens so that the worker can work in a comfortable atmosphere.

The present invention, made for this purpose,

The present invention relates to a safety goggle which is symmetrically provided on both sides of the body so as to be symmetrically foldable by a hinge,

The safety goggle,

And an anti-fogging device provided on the upper side of the main body in the longitudinal direction.

In addition, the above described anti-

An air hose to which air is supplied;

A blowing pipe connected to the air hose at one end and having a plurality of jet holes at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction;

And fixing means provided to support the blowing pipe to the safety glass.

In addition,

A vacuum suction port or a fixing bracket.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent blurring of the safety glass lens during operation, thereby improving work efficiency.

Further, by preventing the safety glass lens from being stained, it is possible to allow workers to work in a pleasant atmosphere.

1 is a perspective view showing a conventional safety goggle,
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a safety glass equipped with the anti-fogging device according to the present invention,
3 is a sectional view taken along the line " A " - " A " in Fig. 2,
4 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of a safety glass equipped with the anti-fogging device according to the present invention,
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing still another embodiment of a safety glass equipped with the anti-fogging device according to the present invention.

2 and 3, the anti-fogging device 100 (hereinafter referred to as a "prevention device") of a safety goggle according to the present invention includes an air hose 110, a blowing pipe 130, .

The air hose 110 is supplied with air from an existing air line by a coupler (not shown) at one end. The air pressure is supplied by an unillustrated pressure control valve at an extremely low pressure (0.5 kg / cm 2 or less).

This is because, when an excessive pressure is applied in the action to be described later, the eye of the worker wearing the safety goggle 10 may be injured.

The air hose 110 is connected to one end of the blowing pipe 130.

The blowing pipe 130 is a synthetic resin material tube and is provided with a plurality of spray holes 131 at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction.

Therefore, the low-pressure air supplied through the air hose 110 is sprayed into the spray hole 131 and the air is sprayed to the inner side of the lens 11a of the safety glass 10, thereby preventing the seawater.

Meanwhile, the blowing pipe 130 is supported on the safety glass 10 by the fixing means 150.

The fixing means 150 includes a support member 151 and a vacuum suction port 153.

The supporting member 151 is formed in a shape of a letter "L" below the blowing pipe 130 and is supported in a horizontal state toward the lens 11a of the safety glass 10.

A vacuum suction port 153 is provided at the end of the support member 151 as described above.

As shown in the drawing, the vacuum adsorption tool 153 is preferably adsorbed on the upper side of the lens 11a, so that the vacuum adsorption tool 153 is adhered so as not to obscure the visual field.

The operation and effect of the prevention device 100 according to the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings.

The vacuum suction port 153 of the prevention device 100 according to the present invention is attached to the inner surface of the lens 11a of the safety goggle 10 before the operation.

Then, when the safety glass 10 is fixed, a valve (not shown) is opened to supply low-pressure air to the air hose 110 and the blowing pipe 130 according to the present invention.

When the air is supplied, the air is blown into the spray holes 131 formed in the air blowing pipe 130, and the lens is cooled to prevent the seam.

In addition, as described above, the safety glass lens is prevented from being stained during the work, thereby improving the work efficiency and allowing the workers to work in a pleasant atmosphere.

4 and 5, it is needless to say that even when air is blown onto the outer surface of the lens 11a, the above-described object of the present invention can be achieved.

Further, as the fixing means 150, the fixing bracket 155 may be used instead of the above-described vacuum suction port 153 as shown in Fig.

It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the specific exemplary embodiments described above and that various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims. And such modified embodiments are within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
