Abstract
본 고안은 원적외선 전기튜브히터에 관한 것으로,공장,산업현장, 농가의 비닐하우스 등에서 난방시 낮은 전력으로 난방을 극대화함으로써 생산비의 절감이 가능한 원적외선 튜브히터에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 전기발열체로 공기을 가열하여 뜨거워진 공기를 송풍기가 작동하여 U자형튜브 내에 열을 공급하는 방식이다. 튜브는 U자형 튜브을 사용하며 튜브에 공급된 열은 배출되는 것이 아니라 송풍기 흡입측에 연결하여 계속 순환시키는 구조이다.
뜨거운 공기를 전기발열체에 의해서 다시 가열하여 높은 고열을 낼수 있게 하는 구조 되어 있다. 적은 전력로 고열을 낼 수 있어 전기세 절감을 할 수 있으며,전력이 낮은 곳에도 쉽게 설치할 수 있도록 설계되어 있다.
