기존의 아령은 무게조절이 불가피하고 구입한 사람만이 할 수 있는 운동기구이다
그러나 무게는 사람의 몸과 일치한다. 운동을 시작할 시 70kg인 사람이 7kg로 운동을 하고나서 몇 달 뒤에 그 사람 몸무게가 5kg 감양 하였다면 그 사람도 기존에 있던 7kg도 무겁게 느낀다 그래서 다시 다른 중량으로 구입하여야 하기에 재정적인 요인과 재활용 차원에서 개발하게 되었다
